The prices are ALWAYS more higher than Beach Blvd location...the gas for example as well as other products in the store are twice as higher than the Beach location...Just saying! No love for the Northside!!!

I love this SC. They have the pick up at your car like Walmart. Which is awesome for me because I have 3 small children that I don't have to drag through the store. YAY. I did however go inside anyway. I wanted to check out this location because I have never been inside of it. The place was immaculate. All the clothing was folded and neat. Not a piece out of order, I couldn't believe it.

Always have everything I need!!! Today, I didn't realize my card is expired the staff member was kind enough to allow me to still purchase my items til I renew my membership with my job. Had a great visit!!

This location has the worst service and options. I spent thousands in the jewelry section on presents for my family and once I paid they didn't even have gift boxes. They tried to crunch a bracelet into a ring box. I was like no just no. So they put my items unpackaged in a bag. And gave me a wad of tissue paper. Pitiful. I enjoy the other locations. This one I only go to if it's a necessity nearby. I do not recommend.

Stopped for gasoline 5 days ago and used my personal credit card. There was FOUR holds put on my credit card; 3 for $75 EACH and one for $1 on a 39.13 tank of gasoline! 5 days later there is still 3 of the 4 pending charges on my credit card !!! I called Sam's club and they sent an email; but not the correct information my bank needs!!! Still waiting for the correct response while they keep $151.00 of my money! I will never get gasoline at the Busch drive location again!!
The samples are delicious and the workers are polite and helpful. Oh did I say the samples are goodt!

The cashiers are always very nice. The bakery department on the other hand.. well, needs work. The employees are rude and act inconvenienced. I ordered a cake from there a few weeks ago and it was terrible, which surprised me considering the Sam's Club in Orange Park always has good cakes. The store itself is nice. Every time I go it's cleaned and well-stocked.

I was skeptical about getting a Sam's Club membership, but I decided to purchase a Groupon for a year membership. I must say that so far I got my money's worth, and I've only had the card for a month. I purchased a $45 dollar Groupon which gave a me a year membership, $20 e-gift, a free rotisserie chicken, fruit platter, whole pizza, and pack of cookies. Also, if I purchased $25 online, I get an additional $25 e-gift. Now I must say this was a deal. Now mind you I don't think I'll ever in my life need a 5 lb bag of anything, but surprisingly I found a few things that I actually thought were reasonable to buy. They had cool first aid kit that I thought would be great to put in the trunk of my car. I also got some protein drinks that I normally pay a ridiculous price for in regular stores. There are a ton of other things that I saw that were actually pretty decent deals. Also, it didn't hurt that after shopping I was able to get a decent deal on gas. Win! I can't guarantee that I'll get a membership next year, but I'm going to make use of my membership for this year.

There are not ever enough cashiers opened. The be way of making the employees take everything off the carts and stack it on the counter takes up more time and most of the time they don't have enough employees. Then there was a manager sitting on the furniture watching instead of helping. If there was a BJ or Costco on this side of town I wouldn't go to sams ever again.

I drove all the way to this Sam's club because their site stated something was in stock, although it wasn't when I arrived since their inventory was not accurate. I ended up not buying anything since I drove all the way from OP for one thing. The positive about this location is their parking, I love the double lining for folks that has a larger vehicle.
