Very cool place. Love the aesthetic. Wish I had their playlist, just really fitting and funky. Big beer selection.Order the pretzel bites. Best pretzel bites I’ve ever had. So fluffy and the cheese and mustard dips were great. But really, not joking, these are nothing like any pretzel bite I’ve ever had.Wake and bake burger was very good. 2 patties make up the 1/3rd pound rather than one big patty. Very juicy. Broccoli was broccoli, nothing special. The Pot Belly grilled cheese was great. Pork was tender and the sweetness paired well with the grilled cheese. They have a macaroni and cheese bar, it’s really a menu of elaborate macaroni and cheeses not like a ruby tuesday salad bar full of macaroni and cheese. The Gouda Mac and cheese was good, suble cheese flavor so don’t expect a big punch like a cheddar.Staff was super friendly. Quick service. Overall impressed. Great addition to the area. Looking g forward to going back.

Great local restaurant with a family vibe. Food was quick and so yummy.Kid-friendliness: Kids meal was huge. Big enough for two little ones to share. Costs about 10 each but includes drink.

I may not be the right person to review this place but I will give you my honest opinion. How is this a gastro pub? The name is very deceiving, 1st let me say I do not eat red meat or bacon which is 90% of the menu here. My dining partner is a total carnivore and lives for bacon. Let me describe the place first. Spliff's on Old St. Augustine has several TVs that face the bar and the counter facing the kitchen. The place is pretty non descriptive looking . There are basic tables with black uncomfortable metal chairs. I can not remember what was on the walls besides chalk boards with the funny names of some of their craft beers. The place is a little dingy & looks like it needs a good scrubbing judging from how my feet stuck to the floor as I walked to the restroom. The servers were friendly & checked on us several times while I perused the menu trying to find something to eat that didn't have meat, bacon, or 2000 cal. My dining partner, and I finally decided to share the pretzel bites Appetizer. The food here is served on metal trays with black and white checked paper. The pretzel bites came out, warm and seem to be coated with oil or butter. They were a large order, definitely enough for at least two to share. The pretzel bites come with mustard and beer cheese, however, the beer cheese had sausage in it which was a no for me. When it came time to order an entrée I really couldn't find anything that looked appealing to me or that I could eat. There was an appetizer of hummus, but I was not in the mood for that. I was full and decided not to have anything else but my dining partner ordered a double patty burger with cheese. It came with fries. His order came out pretty quickly however, but it sat up on the counter for at least 10 minutes to the point where my dining partner had to go, asked the waitress if that was his food. He said the taste was very good and he enjoyed the burger. The fries were very interesting looking as they were long and thin cut. They tasted very good however. My dining partner had 2 of their beers on tap. Overall, This is not a place that I would go back mainly because of the menu. Also, because of the look of the place. If you really enjoy burgers and beer, you might enjoy spliffs.

Food was great and the staff was friendly. The setup was a little weird. Menus were at the door, you sat yourself and then you walk back ip to the register to order. Once you order, you are handed a receipt with request for a tip. The food is brought out to you and that is the extent of the service because once you finish your food, you take care of the trash. The bar had full service so if the tip portion of the receipt may have been meant for that. It seemed like a fun place to hang out, there was a trivia dj setting up as we were leaving.

This location of Spliff’s is relatively new to the area. They have a nice selection of burgers, sandwiches and mac and cheese. On this trip we tried the mac and cheese that came topped with cheese, bbq sauce and pulled pork. The portion size is really generous. We also tried to the patty melt. The burger patties are done in the “smashed” style and were very flavorful. They came on nice thick toast. The fries were also very good and unique. They are similar to a steak fry, but thinner and more crispy.Service was very fast and friendly. Definitely a great addition to the area!

Really great place to grab a bite to eat after work. I'm so glad they are open late since I work later hours. The staff are always nice every time I've been. The food is surprisingly good and the Mac N Cheese is amazing! It's filling without being super heavy and greasy. Their burgers though, holy cow they are incredible!

My new favorite local place and only place open late. Craft beer selection on tap is great. And I can't get enough of the Mac n cheese, it's the least greasiest in town.

This place is killer!! I mean from all the heart throbs that work here , and the crazy good heart-attack pending food… you’ll fall in love with Spliffs. The red-headed bartender (Caitlin) is super cute too, and she’s always happy to help. WARNING- she’s a talker, so be ready!! And they don’t stop there, they’ve got two more gingers cooking up some sweet drinks for guests. Definitely come check them out, especially on the weekends and during the week for their wicked happy hour deals! Tuesdays, they have trivia from 7-9, and Wednesday’s they have BLACKJACK with THE BlackJackDiva from 9-12 (which lines up perfectly with their late night happy hour). Definitely check them out!

Rico was great, service wasn't the problem. Brought some people from out of town in, figured we'd try something new. Food was incredibly greasy. Flavors were bland. As we were leaving we told each other it was a swing and a miss. Oh well, you win some, you lose some. It was the after that is the main problem though. 3 out of 4 people from my group got food poisoning. We all got separate items. I don't know if they're not cleaning properly or not storing their food properly, but eating here will lead to a trip to urgent care. Definitely a huge quality control issue. Be warned.

Food was tasty and not greasy. We ordered the foghorn leghorn and bayou chicken sandwich. Some places their mac and cheese is oily but not Spliff’s it was creamy and delicious. Definitely would go back and try other options. Service was a little slow though very friendly.
