Very friendly but the store was the filthiest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Trash was everywhere inside the store, on the tables and floor. The were out of the cup sleeves as well.

Can't follow directions to save their life! Placed a mobile order for a white mocha latte with one less pump of syrup than normal, and coconut milk. They gave me a Frappucino that had only coconut milk and syrup. Gross!! I'd never order from this location. Complete waste of money.

This Starbucks is the slowest one in Jacksonville and they are constantly out of normal ingredients. They close the lobby so you can’t pick up orders from inside all of the time too. Corporate would do well to put a manager in this store that knows how to run a store.

Google maps show they close at 9pm, however, the current baristas stop serving at 8:30pm.

This Nautica Dr is our go to stop coming and going to Florida. Food, service, and people were always great but last week I left a light sweater and realized it 200 miles up the road. Called the store and employee Barry found it and took my address and personallyarranged to mail it to my home. His caring and going that extra mile was impressive.

I love Starbucks, and have been a loyal customer for decades. Today I walked into this store to get a short cup of hot water to make a cup of Starbucks VIA coffee. I was denied the water, and told it was because the manager didn't allow hot water to be given to a customer (??!!). I was literally denied 8 ozs of hot water to make a product Starbucks sells. Make it make sense. I called the corporate office to clarify this policy, and was told it was NOT their policy to deny a customer water - hot or otherwise. I don't understand why a manager would think this is a good idea. I hope they see this review, and reverse course.

Everyone here looks like they hate their job. The service is unbelievably slow, and once I finally got my drink, it wasn’t correct—but unfortunately, wasn’t even worth my time trying to get it fixed.
