The company remodeling this location are careless and messy. NAILS EVERYWHERE!! They do not clean up between shifts and the patrons of Riverside Square are left to pay the price. My disabled Marine Vet got a heavy price to pay for their laziness. One tire for his truck is $300 plus and tire places no longer just patch a NAIL hole. Very ashamed of Starbucks for hiring a company with no work ethic.

Typical Starbucks. Coffee is overpriced, takes longer than any coffee place, and I am always disappointed. Honestly I don't understand why so many people go to Starbucks. Only reason I went is because I was meeting a friend and that's where they wanted to meet. So this review really isn't that fair because I would Never go to any Starbucks. I prefer small independent coffee shops, not the largest coffee franchise in the country.

I like this Starbucks. Employees are nice. Surprisingly, it is a large place with plenty of seating given it is Five Points where space is limited. I usually order my drink ahead of time on my mobile app. When I arrive, my drink is always ready and they have a great system of having to go drinks arranged alphabetically by first name. Making it easy to pick up your drink when you're in a rush.

Got the Strawberry pink refresher. It was good. My complaint is that literally were paying for a cup of ice because your really only getting about 2 ounces of the beverage. Shameful. Here is the cup ful of ice. Thank goodness I had a gift card. Would never spend that money on a cup of ice

I'm in this location often during my remote working hours. First and foremost the staff is always friendly and attentive when it comes to your satisfaction. They are quick and timely. They keep a clean establishment as well. The only down fall is that only one of the restrooms work but that's a corporate issue.
