Pretty good. Except of course for the very awkward parking and drive thru. And the tipping option sucks. Why can't I tip after I order like I used to? It doesn't make sense to try to make someone tip before they even receive their food. Back in 2016 or so, Starbucks app used to send a message about tipping after I received my food and I would tip accordingly. I wish they'd bring that feature back. It's just really weird for Starbucks to have me tip before I pay and before I get my drink. I feel like I'm rewarding them for taking my orders in the drive thru before I receive my order, and before I know how long of a wait it's going to be. Or if my food is hot and fresh or anything.And anyway, I really don't like to have to do the tip in front of the employee, it makes me feel forced and uncomfortable. And I'm a pretty good tipper. But I like to do it secretly.

I do understand the mixed reviews for this location. This starbucks is located in 17, very limited parking space and probably one of the busiest Starbucks I seen. Some days when I pass by I will see cars on 17 trying to get in there and to be honest as a person driving and not going to Starbucks this situation can get very in tense. But I am here giving this location 5 stars because they deserve it! Like what i said this is one of the busiest location I seen but the employees here are pretty great for them to accommodate that kind of volume. but of course they have good days and bad days just like everybody else. But this location for us feels at home, we go here often enough (my husband is here everyday, he deserves a stock from starbucks lol) that the staff knows our dog Cooper for his pup cup, they are the friendliest people I ever met and they really try their best to remember their customers. As a tip, if you are one of the people that complaints that they take a looong time to make your coffee or to get your order ready, download their app and it will save you time and Starbucks rewards are pretty good and their app is easy to use. when you download that you can pretty much order from there and you can even leave a tip if you are feeling generous :) and once you put in your order it will be hopefully ready by the time you get there. My husband do that all the time and it never fails that he is in and out there!

Typically very fast service and nice staff. However, one day the drive thru line was long and backed up. When I got to the window to pay, the girl pressed the tip screen (highest percentage) for herself… that caught me off guard :/ please don’t do that

Service is decent but I'm annoyed that they just tossed my teabags into the water with the paper tags still stuck on. Now my tea has paper flakes floating and tastes funky. Yes I did tip, feels like I shouldn't have. :(

Starbucks is always a great place for some delicious coffee or sweets. Steve was working the drive-through, and when I mentioned that it was my birthday, he started putting stickers on my coffee cup. Super sweet. Made my day.
