I ordered a caramel frap with no whip or crumbles. When I got the order it had whip on it so I told the lady who made it I asked for no whip. This is the part that took me for a loop. This lady opened it and scraped the whip off and handed it back to me. That's like scraping catsup off a burger. Second your hand us all over my lid and last but not least she remade it and it tasted like old rusty water. Needless to say I got my money back.
I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks location! The manager is the best! The staff are always friendly and greet me every time I walk in. My order is perfect almost every time. And if it isn't right, they fix it with no issues. I've been to several locations and this one takes the cake! Pun intended.

The baristas are very efficient at keeping the line of customers down. The coffees are delicious. And they have a large, comfortable seating area. I enjoy sitting beside the window!
