This particular Starbucks is one of my favorites. The people are nice(only one bad experience). My coffee is always amazing from here. The only thing I will say is that they are BUSY for a good portion of the day, so plan accordingly.

For an online order and no visible line, the wait was a bit long. I got a frappe and it was one of those mediocre Starbucks visits that lead you to forget your drink in the fridge for an anticlimactic surprise two days later, not the kind of visit that makes your day.

This is the worst star bucks ever. My daughter went to get a drink and cookie. I paid with a gift card and the balance with a 50 dollar bill. The guy Nate only gave me 14 dollars when my balance was 5 . I went back to him and said I should get 44 dollar he was like you did not give me a 50 . I don’t see it in the register . Then his manager Janna come out and says the same thing basically calling me a liar in a store full of people . Then after looking around the 50 magically appears. Hmm seems shady to me . They are very unprofessional at this location. One star is not deserving .

I really enjoyed my caramel crumble Frappuccino. They made just how I asked them to and it was the best I've ever had. The cashier was extremely nice and very courteous. I was very impressed.. atmosphere was very good, it seemed like everyone enjoyed their job.Parking: Plenty of room to park, close parking spaces. I'm disabled so it was easy access.

This store is out of cold brew almost every single day after 10 AM.

No drive through. Like the only Starbucks left without one. Rude staff who doesn’t greet anyone who walks in and was incredibly rude to an older man. Won’t return.
Why must the service be so horrifying? I am convinced managers and business owners purposely hire ANY BODY to prevent this side of town from flourishing. Not only did I have to wait over 15 minutes as the only person in the lobby, the guy placed a drink on the TAKE OUT COUNTER and of course I assumed it was my drink. I go to grab it and he literally yells "that's not yours!" so loud to the point I felt nervous. Even another worker, who was a woman, gave him a shocked look! That is freaking disgusting and I hope women workers are not getting abused by him. I just wanted my coffee, and after waiting so long as the only one left in there, I had no clue I was grabbing someone else's drink. Why not train your staff or hire someone that has studied customer service? The comfort in making customers startled is weird! I am a woman and a TALL MAN yelling at me feels scary and nearly abusive. Differing personalities and perspectives should ALWAYS be considered when approaching customers. You do not know someone's life! And to be yelled like that, by a man, was really triggering for me! I am not saying he IS abusive. However, I am saying that AS A WOMAN that has SURVIVED ABUSE from men, him yelling at me reminds me of what I have been through and it feels abusive. I do not deserve to be taken aback to such crippling times by an angry worker at Starbucks, that is SO unfair!! I couldn't even sleep without writing this review to save others from wasting their money at such a disgusting establishment, They need better management ASAP!
