This was a very disappointing experience. The food was phenomenal so I had to give it the 5 stars it deserves. The self checkout process sucked, all of the stations were dirty. I wouldn't recommend coming here because when we went through the machine there was a difficulty and the workers took 30 mins to bring food and they had ear buds in which was very difficult when we needed assistance the food wasn't the correct order many of the orders were wrong they kept giving us the wrong food oder because it was others people food. Please do not come here.

Ordered $60 worth of food and every single item but 1 was either wrong or missing ?The food that was delivered was cold too the point that the cheese on the chili was congealed. Tried calling and no answer 2 days in a row. Left feedback through app with no response.Live and learn. Never again.

The bread was perfectly toasted, adding a delicious crunch to each bite. And let's not forget about the fries - thin and crispy, they were the ideal accompaniment to the main dish. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable meal, and I would highly recommend Steak and Shake to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying dining experience.
