Guy grabbed raw sausage and put it on the grill then made my hotdog.When I confronted him politely he got defensive and said he did not and it didn’t matter because he was “wearing gloves”I got my money back, and hopefully the gentleman running the stand learned something about food safety, especially with raw pork.You can absolutely not touch / make RTE foods with contaminated gloves.

Tasty sandwiches and food. However, staff is pretty pushy about tips. I would encourage the owners to increase the prices by 10 to 20% versus pushing tips. It’s offputting to be asked for a tip from a food truck.

Stopped by here after shopping at home depot with a friend and my greyhound Julia. Me and my friend had excellent sweet sausage with grilled onions, sweet peppers and the garlic sauce was fantastic !! The guy is so nice and spoke to Julia like a customer and gave her a hot dog. Now I will look forward to going to home depot just to get the sausage subs !!!
