Disgusting customer service ! Like literally the worst restaurant that i been to. I called for a order over the phone and the lady who answered the phone was just rude as hell, i just wanted some wings and me being new to this business i was trying to find out about their wing flavors and asked for them, this lady then proceed to tell me “we have 30+ wing flavors I cant do that” I then politely asked for just like maybe 4-5 flavors and she still proceeded to only name 2 flavors, which are LEMONPEPPER, and HOT HONEY those flavors are already known and literally everyone is familiar with those 2 flavors who wouldnt know. Her rude self was simply lazy and didnt want to name the flavors, it can be as little as that. I then went inside the store after hanging up to see for myself about the flavors…come to find out they did not have the “30+ flavors” that the lady previously over the phone had told me. I still tried to order the food even so after being treated disrespectful and the lady at the counter(the same lady over the phone) didnt seem to care at all that a customer is unhappy with her service. You dont have to get my hard earned money if this is how yall treat yall customers ! After reading the reviews i seen, it seems the example had been set by the owner of this business, if the owner is rude then so will his employees will be. This business needs to shut down it is an inconvenience, a waste of your time and your dollar.

Black People we must STOP giving this place are hard earned money. The owner has completely lost his mind and is extremely rude and unprofessional . He has his restaurant in our neighborhood he talks down to us and we still support him!!!!!!. I personally never had a problem with the food but his attitude he will NEVER get a dime from me every again. Save your money and support business that respect you

Please listen, it is a requirement for customer service. How is it possible for you to tell me that I didn't order what I asked for when I asked for what I ordered? You were so quick to say I was wrong and I wanted to snatch my money back from the card machine but how convenient for you to have a big sign that say No refunds.

Wings are good. Customer service is TRASH. Guy at the counter is SUPER RUDE. He got my over the phone order wrong and when I came to pick and let him know it was wrong he got mad and became belligerent. I tried to explain that I couldn’t even eat the flavor he thought was right because I’m allergic so there’s no way I would have ordered it. He refused to remake my order and when I asked for a refund he said I wasn’t allowed to order over the phone anymore. The girl who usually works the counter even told him that me & my husband come in and order the same thing every time and the flavor he claimed I ordered wasn’t what we order. He refused to accept accountability and was completely wrong but still was rude.

as of 1/21/2024 WORST place in town to get a philly!!!! they skimp on the meat on the sub. didnt even fill the sub up smh. walmart fries that i could have made at home and there was NO salt or any type of seasoning on the fries! and the drink smh is a small as a can soda. i do NOT recommend going to this fake philly spot for a cheesesteak, save your money and time! if i could give a negative start i most definitely would. my experience was trash. Dog And Roll has the best phillys on this side of town outside of home depot off lane ave. i only came here because they where closed today. don’t believe the hype in the reviews. im almost convinced he paid them for the reviews.

Never eating from here again. Chicken over cooked and dried out. No sauce on the chicken. Fries had no salt. Food smelt brunt. Called back up to the restaurant. They had the nerves to tell me once the food leaves the establishment it’s nothing they can do about it. Whoever gives this restaurant 5 or more stars don’t know the taste of good quality food from poor quality food. Customer service is horrible. We as African Americans need to stop patronizing places that don’t respect us and treat us poorly. If they can’t treat us with respect, then they don’t need our dollars.

I ordered lemon pepper wings, at least I thought so instead it was a container of Morton’s salt served instead. Now I’ve had lemon -pepper wings at various restaurants, and never-ever have I tasted this type of poor - quality, inedible, wings.In addition, to poor-quality food,I also endured poor-customer-service.Consequently , I addressed to theMANAGER, politely mannered , expressed how the wings were inedible, due to overwhelming and overly-saturated of saltiness. The manager, didn’t acknowledge, my concern, he rudely started yelling for me to get out !!! I would never support any business that has no consideration for patrons.It was utterly disgusting!!So patron BE AWARE !!!Dietary restrictions: Not suitable
