It was my first time there. I purchased a glaze donut. Omg it was soooo good!My doctor office moved across from them, and I spotted the Sweet Theory Baling Co as I was leaving. I will be back.
LOVE This place. My wife and I were looking for a place to get gluten/dairy free treats and we came across sweet theory. It’s been our go to spot almost every Saturday. It’s small on the inside but the cupcakes and pastry items are well worth it. We’ve ordered our anniversary cake here and I also ordered my wife’s birthday cake here a few weeks ago. Great variety of items as the menu changes each day. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

WOW! I am floored! To preface this I am a country boy with a grandmother who made THEE best food and biscuits that would warm your heart. I had the sausage biscuit and when I tell you there if I handed this to you and you ate it, you would never know that it was vegan. So much flavor in the sausage, the biscuit was super flakey and if I had time I would have gone back for another but was delivering a treat to my son.
