I love this store, they have been here since I was a child, I have countless memories of late night tacos with best friends and family, this place is always fast, clean, friendly and open late. I hope this store gets extra lovin from corporate. Thank you taco bell ❤️

Vegetarian options: They had many substitutions for meat such as beans (black or refried) and potatoes. No up charge to switch from meat to veggie either
I find it incredibly frustrating that a place that has breakfast menu items isn't open during breakfast hours. And don't make the mistake of thinking they're open and going to the drive thru - this has quite unkind and uncalled for responses through the speaker. I like Taco Bell food but their service here is truly awful.

It's taco bell. It's cheap n quick. This store never messes up my order. All the front of house employees are nice and respectful people. The best in Jax I think. Also, their bathrooms are always clean and operable.

The system was having problems this evening bumping orders out of que. instead of being upset and walking out, I spoke with the manager who rectified the problem and explained the situation.. She was amazing and made an order, already ready, fresh with the missing order she was preparing, since it got cold. Big shout out to Michelle and Trista, hope I got those correct ? for the greet customer service.. I know it’s a rough industry
