I went though the drive. I had trouble seeing the board they were so rude about that. I couldn't remember the name of the bowl with chips,meat,sauce and other things. They told me we have cheese and dip. They rudely switch me to the sissy with the long hair he was rude. I figured it out on my own and I apologize they were still rude. I started to wait until I got back to my side of town. Next time I will if you are so unhappy with people,maybe you should try the zoo. Since you people act like animals!!! And I asked for a soft taco with this order they messed it up I believe it was on purpose.

Went to the drive through and was trying to decide what we wanted to eat to be rushed by the people taking orders after 1-2 minutes and to tell us we have to come inside and order. They care more about there drive through time then giving customer service. There was no one behind or in front of us to make them feel so rushed. Do not reccomend going to this location

This place stinks. Drive thru will 100% mess up your order. Normally they forget an item or two. Don’t bother asking for no sour cream, they’ll add extra. They more than once have given me a completely different order. Last night when I ordered I was told “we don’t make those anymore,” even tho I was looking directly at the item on the menu. I usually have low expectations for Taco Bell but this location is the worst of the worst.
Sadly my cheese on my tacos was moist and bloated and nasty on top of the tacos being cold. The nachoes had CRUMBLING (yes crumbings because it was THAT dry) refried beans. I couldn't bring myself to eat the nachoes.

I ordered the chicken roller box or whatever it's called and received it and the beefy 5 layered burritos was not one it was a burrito supreme no ice in my drink and the beefy 5 layer I ordered on the side was also not right at all.
