My best friend called me at 7:30pm 01/21/24 to complain about this KFC on Roosevelt Blvd in Jacksonville Florida. He stopped at this KFC and went inside to order a chicken sandwich and green beans. He noticed the time was 6:20pm he wouldn't get his chicken sandwich and green beans until 7:05pm. And from seeing all the bad reviews and that this KFC has a 2.8 rating out of five shows me this place is worthless to visit. Why didn't my friend leave this review himself? Because he is a gentleman. So am I but as you can see from my reviews. I speak my mind right or wrong on restaurants, lawyers or anyone that should be given a true opinion, of a bad service or a good service. My friend who I have known for over 35 years I trust what he reported to me tonight 01/21/2024.

Bedt original recipe chicken I've ever had. Nice and friendly workers and their timeliness us not bad either.
Chicken tenders werr decent, corn, :green beans and mashed potatoes were good. Some biscuits were not done.

Food was cold and reallygross, I waited 3 minutes just to get ketchup, the rude lady that came to the counter just threw the ketchup on the counter.

I'm giving this a 5 star review because Tay saved the day. He was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. He was not the original person who greeted me. There was am older lady who did while a young girl was sitting in a low counter on the phone. The lady was wonderful but I don't think she had the register and liked at the young girl 2x and asked if I had been helped. The girl is young and I'm guessing still learning about customer service. Tay came around and had a great energy and made sure my order was made and that I had everything I needed.
