Drive thru was to overwhelm for my order.had to rtn to get correct food. Even then,I paid for chicken and got beef.

Went around 2pm. Had to go inside to order.Missed nachos and cinnamon twist which I got, but did not recognize I did not get the new crispy chicken chalpua till I was distributing the items to people.Number online goes to busy each time.

Always out of something, this time was a large variety of items. Last visit was awful, everything tasted burnt. Saw a for lease sign out front and I hope they close soon.

Food was hot and order was correct. Told them I was military and got 2 beefy 5layers on the house! Awesome place. Wait time was less than 7 minutes. Great window people. Confirmed and verified order, offer receipt, offer if I would like to add anything else, reminded me of happier hour and then she said it's a pleasure see you again, love that!!!

smh !!! ordered me some nacho fries just to find a large piece of plastic in my cheese dipping sauce. couldn’t even enjoyed the meal how i wanted it to. questioning how sanitary this place is. thankfully i called corporate and they eased the situation a little

Everything we ordered was soggy... Things that were supposed to be put in the heated press were brarely browned.. overall was bad. Only good thing was it was fast. More than likely cause the food was premade and sitting there...

I went up there last night there was eight cars in the Drive-Thru so I decided to walk in big mistake I stood there for more than 15 minutes and nobody helped me then a woman walked in the door with a Taco Bell shirt on and asked me if I would please use the kiosk I told her no I've been standing here 15 minutes I could have already been in the Drive-Thru please take my order she takes my order the food disgusting like always literally four pieces of cheese on a taco supreme three tomatoes you know I don't know what's going on with this place but something's got to happen cuz it was $29 later and we didn't get half of what we wanted so when is someone going to step in and make this place a better Taco Bell
