Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes, 1 with no nuts, paid $15 for 2 sundaes. Got home (3min away) sit down to eat our sundaes, NO hot fudge, it was chocolate syrup, and she put nuts on both sundaes. Very disappointed. Will not return.

Hello Tasty Creamery, I would love to tell you how amazing the service was BUT it wasn't. So yesterday my sister and I came in ready for some ice cream until we walked up and there was a Hispanic lady maybe around her early twenties who didn't even seem like she wanted to work and wasn't wearing a name tag so I don't know her name but, that wasn't the problem see the thing was I asked what you guys had in a joking manner she just made like a "ugh" sound under her breath. But I'm not the one who would get mad over that but when she continuously did that really made me angry. She didn't make me feel welcomed. I DO NOT appreciate this type of service, and I WILL NOT recommend Tasty Creamery to no one!!!It was so sad to have experienced this type of service since it was my first time here.

This is my second time patronizing Tasty Creamery. The first time was a great experience. I had a sundae and a ice cream cone. This visit I ordered a sundae again, and a cookies and cream shake. It was so goooood. I will continue to support this type of local business in my community. I left feeling that they appreciated their customers as well.Kid-friendliness: Oh, they have many toppings and flavors that the kids would love!

I rarely do this. Since we are a military family and respect veteran owned businesses, I will not leave a 1 star review like I would any other business. Besides after several visits, this is the only one that's been not so great. I ordered a sky high sundae that should have crushed oreos, but instead had 5 whole oreos which takes up a lot of space in a cup. Thereby, the conclusion is there is less ice cream. I called the store and spoke with the assistant manager whom didn't ask my name or order details, because she already knew it was messed up! Only she said it's because she gave me too much ice cream, which is laughable! How do you give someone too much ice cream in a small cup filled with WHOLE oreos?? Anyways the assistant manager was rude and talked over me. The manager got on the phone and wanted to give me a discount, but honestly it's not about that. It's customer service that means the most. I'm not sure if we'll visit again, because I don't take lightly to being talked over by someone trying to state their case instead of allowing the customer to say what the problem was. She said I was yelling, but I talk loud because I can't hear well and I had to talk louder so she'd listen rather than talk. Picture is of oreos, minus the piece of one I ate. I wouldn't recommend getting the sky high sundae unless you're in store too watch them make it!

Wow, this is a cool place to check out. They even let you get a picture on their red carpet. I went there myself and then I liked it so much I brought my grandkids back.!! If you have a sweet tooth, this place has got you covered!!

This place is amazing and it is just what Argyle needs! I had no idea that this was a perfect place to get one of my favorite brands of ice cream and that’s Hersheys!! From their banana splits to the scoops of ice cream to their shakes they have everything covered and now they have added taffy and fudge and vintage candy!! It’s definitely worth the stop and it’s definitely worth your time to check them out. The customer service was great and I definitely recommend it.!
