The most sweetest and genuine customer service. My friends and I came in for boba and it smelled so delicious in there, it made us hungry! Unfortunately we did not get any but the boba made up for it!! The boba is seriously so delicious. We will definitely be back.

This restaurant is the best place to get Hot Pot. It is very delicious. I can't complain about anything because it's that good. On top of the great food, service is excellent and the ambiance and decor of the restaurant is simple and cozy.

The taste is very bland without any oil or water. The food is almost hot pot ingredients cooked for you. Even the milk pot uses milk powder. Not recommended.

Went here on a whim with my husband, the soups we got were the best I’ve had so far out of any of the hotpot/ramen shops around my area. We can’t wait to come back and try out the other soups. So many toppings you won’t see at any of the other shops either and I think that’s what I love about this the most that it is authentic and not like all the others out there. The stoves they are served on are super cool, I like this set up compared to the built in tables. 5/5 from us. I also put in a recommendation on the Facebook group TheScoop and have garnered 90+ reactions for the Baymeadows Jacksonville location.

I come here Everytime I crave hotpot. Fantastic job.
Boba milk drinks are very expensive , on the top of that they fill your cup with ice . So you are cheated as you end up discovering that what you have actually bought was ice. On the top of that they want you to pay them a tip!!! Excuse me for what? For being stupid enough to buy from your place & being your victim? If you want to order a drink from them, order it without ice (I bet that that they will refuse serving that).

We've been here twice and just can't love it. Both times we have gone, the dining room is empty. The food seems overpriced for what you get and the service is lacking. We asked for more sauce bowls and this request was ignored. We never got them. There were only 2 for a table of 4. We also had to ask for 2 more sets of utensils. The food arrived already and we had to ask once again for utensils for 1/2 of our party. In summary, Food is just ok. Service is just ok. Ambience is clean. It's a "pricey" novelty for those who have not tried hot pot. If you've had good hot pot in another city or even at another Jacksonville restaurant, you probably would not choose to eat in this restaurant.
