Food was phenomenal. Took the family out here for a nice bite to eat after a baseball game. Made a reservation online around 3:30 and showed up about 20 minutes earlier than expected. We gave our name for reservation, and they had a table ready. We sat down, ordered and engaged with the waitress plenty. She was a great help to my son who was shy and unsure of what he really wanted. Food was phenomenal, best cooked steaks in Jax hands down, beating out Mortons and R.C. there was a slight mix up on the cit of the steak so they refunded the difference and everything else was spectacular.Atmosphere, food and service was top notch.

We are frequent visitors from Savannah for long weekends and Ted’s Montana Grill is always a fav stop. The Avalon Bison Cheeseburger is hands down THE best burger I have had at any restaurant in the USA and beyond! Steaks are hubby’s fav, and he is an admitted ‘steak snob’ so you can’t go wrong at all. Everything we’ve tried has been far above good.Service has always been excellent. Craig is our most fav server - be it as bartender, waiter or manager. He’s a jack of all trades with an absolute A game in tow. We don’t have to ask for anything, he anticipates our every need.This past weekend we had the pleasure of meeting Stacy the Proprietor, what a wonderfully charismatic and welcoming man! No wonder everything here runs so smooth. Easy to envision he’s the Boss everyone loves. We enjoyed conversation with Stacy and look forward to saying hello our next visit.Highly recommend Ted’s Montana Grill for excellent atmosphere, cleanliness, great food and far above average service.
We had a delightful dining experience with a group of five. The soft music allowed for comfortable conversation at our table. This establishment is an excellent choice for both lunch and dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed the fish sandwich, kale salad, and fries. Other entrees at our table included the delectable bison meatloaf, steak, grilled chicken, and Cobb salad. The service provided was exceptional.

Have been to this location once before and had a similar experience. Must say, I LOVE the downtown Atlanta location, so I know Teds is good. But, this one... Not so much. The bison burger was overcooked. The grilled onions tasted like the chemical fire they were grilled on. Additionally, I ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms that I ended up being charged $23 for. This makes no sense as there is a burger on the menu with cheese, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, bacon, and an egg that's only $21. I brought this to the attention of staff, and they just said that they were sorry. Can't recommend this place. Last time I came, the bison will buy was way overcooked and the bison filet was as well.

My wife and two kids stopped by here for a birthday dinner last week and we had a phenomenal time. Our waiter Andrew was in training and we weren't too thrilled about this anticipating sub par service, but he was a rockstar of a waiter and we slipped him a $20 tip in addition to the credit card tip that goes to the trainer watching him. The food was fantastic and we really tip our hat to the chefs there everything was fresh and delicious. The only complaint I have is that the section that we were put in was a bit cramped and crowded, in the back section of the restaurant it's a bit more exclusive. Also the steaks took a long time to come out but that was no problem, Andrew seemed to time things. Naturally and spaced them out just as we would have liked. Overall we will be back and we will ask for the table in the back and Andrew if at all possible.

Higher-priced (but worth every cent). Like bourbon? They've got an array of top shelf, and bartenders who know how to pour.I've never had a disappointing meal or cranky server at Ted's.
Parking: Right next to Dollar Tree and Xfinity so there’s a huge parking lot available. Even at the busiest time we were still able to find a spot in the lot in front of the restaurant.
I absolutely LOVED this place. Such a friendly staff from the door to the bar even to the kitchen. Amazing food, all around seems like a wonderful team. Our waitress (Kelsey) was so sweet and attentive. She also was just such a wonderful energy to be around/ talk to. The hostess at the front also accommodated us and kindly wiped down a booth for us. Bless y’all and thank you so much ?
