Never been to Texas de Brazil before, so wanted to try while traveling. Just ok. Nothing spectacular. Some meats are good. Some are not, specially overcooked steak. It's your luck, and if you have a big appetite, it might be worth it. Expensive ones like beef ribs are not carried around regularly, so you have to ask for it. They do add a 15-18% service charge, so no need to over tip if you don't want to.

The cold and hot bars were lovely, service absolutely amazing. My friend and I had several different cuts of steak that had veins and gristle. We had to asked several times for filet and bacon wrapped chicken at dinner time, and waited over 10-15 minutes for them to finally come out with them. Very COLD temperature inside the restaurant, to where it was uncomfortable to sit and enjoy eating for 45 minutes.

Honest review:The main rooms atmosphere was nice, but once you go to their bathrooms you can see that cleanliness is not their top priority.Our waiter was decent when he was around, but often made himself scarce. The crew that brought the meat was good.Food was ok, the bar could use a staff cleaning up after customers, but had a decent selection. I personally enjoyed the smoked salmon and mystery hard cheese. The curry cod wasn’t good.As for the meat that gets brought to the tables will be reviewed individually.The lamb, chicken, pork and sausage was way overcooked. Zero moisture left inside.They had top round seasoned 3 ways, and all of them was seasoned nicely. I do enjoy top round even though its classified as a cheap cut. Unfortunately if you like yours rare, you’ll have to wait just a bit longer for service.The New York strip was probably my favorite. It was seasoned well, and the most tender piece they had.The flank steak was flavorful, but it is another cheap slice of meat.The beef ribs was pretty good (my 2nd favorite), but they was very stingy with portions of it. It only came around once, and when I requested more when they was at my table, they told me no. Kind of weird for an all you can eat restaurant.The bacon wrapped filet was ok but I’m fairly certain it wasn’t really the tenderloin. When I dissected mine, it just didn’t look like a cut of a tenderloin. Which would make since to cut actually cost for profits. This was my 8 year olds favorite though.Mid way into the meal they brought garlic mashed potatoes and syrup covered plantains, both was very good.Now we added several desserts and those was the star of the whole meal, but you will have to pay a separate charge for those.Final feedback would be clean your restaurant better, make wait staff be more attentive, don’t over cook meats, and don’t be stingy with items. For the cost your customers are paying, you expect the these to be reviewed over and handled accordingly.It’s a fun experience. Women enjoy the way it looks, experience of food being delivered in this manner. Men will love the variety of meats coming. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant: wonderful food, excellent staff, and an upscale atmosphere which is also friendly and relaxed. My family had a wonderful experience. We range in age from 3 years to 70 and everyone agreed it is their favorite restaurant. My son started singing, "I am happy. I am just so happy. "
This was a great experience from start to finish. The food is amazing! Every single thing you eat is delicious! Little pricey but you’ll enjoy it!

My friend and I went here last night and had their dinner. I was very excited because I always love Texas de Brazil. This location is located at Town Center, thankfully they have their own building and looking for parking is not a hassle. On a Thursday night we did not make any reservations but we went early and got seated right away. When you enter Texas de Brazil you will see this amazing salad bar and their extravagant flower decoration in the middle. Service: 5 out of 5, it was amazing. Our server is very attentive and always checking on us. Anna, she was on training and she did a marvelous job on her first day. I don't even have to ask for a drink and it was refilled as needed.Food: 4 out of 5. I haven't been to Texas De Brazil in a long time but this time I was just not impressed with the food. The lobster bisque though was amazing and the brazilian cheese bread was warm and sooo good! the salad bar has plenty of choices, they have salami, asparagus, fresh mozzarella, and many more! on their sides they have: mushrooms, potato au gratin (which by the way was really good), black beans, lobster bisque and jasmine rice, I was a little bit disappointed with the mushrooms since that is my all time favorite but when i tried it, it was just not the same anymore. Also the servers will give you mashed potato, fires and plantain (my other favorite) as for the meats they have lots of options, but what I tried is the filet mignon with bacon, filet mignon without bacon , NY strip, sausage, and ribs out of all the meats I tried my favorite is the filet Mignon and NY strip, their meat are cooked so perfectly.I'm glad we went for the experience but is it worth the $52+ for dinner? maybe yes if its special occasion and if you love meats then by all means this is your place.

Ask for Paula, she was the best! Jax has several Brazilian Steakhouses and I prefer Tx de Brazil. The people have always made the difference. This visit, Paula stood out. After Paula had a chat with the gauchos, they were all very attentive to the tables likes on meat temperatures. We were there to celebrate a birthday, she made the birthday boys visit special. Thank you to all the staff but especially Paula!
This restaurant was great! The meat will melt in your mouth. The servers were very attentive. My family enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is well worth the money. This is not a restaurant for children. If you would like to have a romantic meal or you are celebrating a special occasion, this would be a place to visit. A++++
