A big shout out to Nicole and her staff!! I have been in Hospitality for 42 years so I know good service when I get it! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Everyone was so nice! Great place to stay!!

Always a pleasure staying here. I visit Jacksonville 4-5 times a year and I always book here. Friendly and attentive staff. Great bartender at the lobby bar. Since I'm a Marriott Gold Member I always get to spin a prize wheel when I check in as well.

A friend of mine was in town for the night. I suggested the Courtyard by Marriott. I liked the small gym and the nice pool, even though we had no time to use either. Maybe next time. They gave my friend a good rate. The king room was nice, quiet and clean. All of the employees were very helpful and nice. We did have dinner in the bistro. We had BLT's and I had a salad with mine and he had French fries with his. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Very friendly front desk. Clean rooms and bar service. Lots of pillows and blankets on hand and comfortable bed. Microwave in the room was a plus. Would have given a 5 star rating but the handle in our shower was broken. I think it should have been repaired prior to allowing guests to use it.

Stayed on a Friday Night The check-in process was easy, and I could check in earlier, which was a massive plus since our flight got in early. The room is spacy and has plenty of room. The bed was fine, and the couch was spacious enough to relax and watch TV. I don't love where the TV was placed regarding the bed. The shower was fine, with plenty of room, and even had a seat at the top of it. No continental breakfast. They have a restaurant inside, but I wouldn't recommend it as it's expensive and not that good. Within walking distance of a Walmart, which is ideal in case, you need to grab something. Overall, great price and a place to stay. Would recommend.

I travel to JAX often and actually booked this hotel by mistake; not sure what I was thinking but an epic fail for me since it was quite far from my business meetings. Oh well, lesson learned. Since I failed at the location, my attitude was bunked but walked in with a smile. The lobby, registration, bar area and lounging area are all very nice. The bar doesn't open for cocktails until 5pm so for those booze hounds out there, you'll have to bring your patience or grab something from the coolers next to registration to get your fix. The bar staff are super nice and friendly. I ate breakfast here, but went with the oatmeal/blueberries each morning with a large black coffee, the only way to drink coffee. They actually have a decent bourbon selection, wines, beers in bottles and on tap. The rooms are VERY outdated and somewhat clean. You'll have to ask the front desk to make sure housekeeping cleans your room as they only clean every other day. My AC wasn't working too well and even after engineering came to take a look at it; it still didn't chill me out like I enjoy it. For god sake, I'm in Florida in July.... They have a small pool and fitness area if you're interested in those amenities. Don't fret, this place does it the job but if you are traveling downtown or north, it's not the best location. At a minimum, I still got my Marriott points.

The staff was very friendly and the best part was free cookies that they put out everyday. Nice area to walk and there was a lake near by that I was able to run around for daily exercise. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was the tv service. They had direct tv and ours kept going in and out during the middle of a show terrible service. The room was up to date and clean.

Been traveling for days but this was by far the nicest hotel we've stayed at! Richard at the front desk was awesome and even made us a printout of area restaurant s we may like!! Room was immaculate and the bedding was like sleeping in a cloud! Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Everyone was cheerful and so accommodating! I can't say enough! Will definitely come back!

Customer service is great. Drink prices are great as well. Food is mediocre and way overpriced. Hot wings are ok. Grilled chicken wasn't good and didn't taste cooked, I spit it out on my first bite and had them remake it. It tasted better once it had some brown on it from actually being cooked. The best thing on the menu are the french-fries, which are really good.

We set up a block of rooms for a sporting event this week and I can't not say enough great things about this hotel and it's staff! The sales person Tom was so helpful and organized, he made it easy for me to keep up with all our reservations! The asst. manager Alyssa was also really helpful in getting us set up! The breakfast was amazing, the hotel it's self is very clean and really nice. Our double room was huge and very comfy for our family of 4! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in until we were gone! I have this location saved for any future travel and highly recommend!

This place is pretty okay. I usually judge a hotel by cleanliness, room space, Internet and coffee. The room was small, but clean and served it's purpose. I was not thrilled with having to pay for coffee in the morning (at night I understand) but at least it wasn't too expensive. The internet was a pain, since the ethernet port in the room did not work so I was forced to use the port in the lobby. This hotel was okay, I don't think I would stat here again.

Went there on a Friday I think. I will be bringing family next time. Prices are appropriate for the quality.
