Horrible service and cannot wait to speak with a manager. They don't answer the phone which means I have to try it this way. They forgot two bring 2 orders of fries a 15 dollar cost. When we were checking out we had to go back and forward with Alissa L about a refund fir the fries or a substitute cheesecake. After a very disappointing response from the manager through her we got given the smallest cheesecake ever. I feel Horrible to give that poor service 23 dollar tip. Their manager wouldn't even wanted to talk to us. They messed up 2 plates as well. They had an actual fight inside as well. Date was 5/11/24 14:57.

I brought my mom here for an early Mother’s Day dinner. I wanted to treat her to a nice meal but instead she got water dripped on her all night and rude service from the waitress. The air conditioner was leaking above the table we were at, and we alerted the waitress, and their solution was to get someone to come wipe it which intern made more water fall on us and on our food and the water continue to drip the rest of the night on my mother.We had issues with our food as well, and when we asked the waitress about it, she was rude. Are usually love the cheesecake factory and it was one of my favorite places to go for a nice dinner, but I will be taking my service Elsewhere from now on. Customer service is severely lacking and for the amount of money as spent there are much more nicer places, or we will be treated Well. Very disappointed in my experience.

It's the Cheesecake Factory... Kinda hard to go wrong. If you've never been before you're missing out. But I wouldn't add it to my bucket list as someplace you have to visit. I would suggest it over Applebee's if that helps. It's kinda like the Carrabba's over Olive Garden type of good. I've been to several locations over several decades and they've all been pleasant.Parking: It's located in a shopping center so going at a busy time means you're sharing all of the parking. It could be a little bit of a walk.

We initially had a great time and our server was very attentive. However, we got food poisoning from this Cheesecake Factory! Specifically the crab dip! It was the only thing my husband and I shared the entire weekend and it led us to straight to the bathroom, vomiting and the whole nine yards. My newborn is breastfed and doesn’t take a bottle and this entire experience depleted my milk supply and her only source of food. Overall, this was a poor experience after leaving and if they are serving any seafood dish I would stray far away! I’m truly so disappointed and it really had a ripple effect on my family. Not to mention this $75 lunch was wasted!
Decided to do a take out...Chicken Madeira. Excellent! The girl at curbside pickup was great.

Family stopped for lunch every one liked some of the changes of some dishes. Everyone got something different and shared with each other. All enjoyed the meals and there was enough for the next day.

I came for a birthday lunch for a friend. I dont usually pick Cheesecake Factory as a place to eat. It is so expensive. Food was not that great. It took forever to just order food. Over 30 minutes. Today I remembered why I do not come here and why I wont.
