The only reason why this did not receive one star is because the food was pretty okay.My husband and I decided to pay a visit to Juicy Crab this evening.We were seated immediately and then things went extremely downhill.Our waitress (Dior) finally decided to acknowledge our table 15 minutes after we were seated. She seemed slightly annoyed while taking our drink orders.We waited another 5-7 minutes for our drinks and then an additional 10 to order.We placed an order for two boils and they came out in a reasonable amount of time.Our waitress asked us (about 20 minutes after we received our food) if we needed anything and I asked for some claw crackers, which never came.We ordered a dozen steam oysters and the waitress handed me the large platter it was sitting on instead of placing it on the table, but due to our table having dishes that were never removed, she probably didn’t see a place to sit it.We won’t be back. It’s unfortunate because we saw other staff tending to their customers in the manner that is expected of a restaurant.I believe the establishment could benefit from a customer service 101 training.

I was served cold onion rings with my fish dinner. Had to order 10 hush puppies to compliment the meal. 2-3 hush puppies should be standard with each meal.

DIRTY SHRIMP WITH POOP, got me very sick the next morning i will never come back crafty crab is way better if i could give 0 stars i would but i guess the food was good in the moment.
Waited 20 mins to be seated, but the place was not crowded at all. There was literally no one waiting before us. Then, had to wait another 10 mins for the server to come to the table.
