The employees working an a very busy Sunday that we were in deserve a raise. They were obviously undermanned but they just kept chugging along. The guy at the counter was super friendly, wish I remembered his name. The burger I had was not quite as good as usual at the Loop in Nocatee, but that may have been because they were short staffed. Usually, the loop is my Favorite burger in town. Onion rings are great too. The fries here are better than Nocatee’s and they give you more. Overall, delicious as usual, and great job by the staff!

This should be a no tip restaurant like McDonald's. There really is no service. You order your food like at McDonald's. They give you a pager to come get your food. You never hear or see them again during the dining experience.The quality of the food is definitely elevated from a McDonald's and is reflected in the pricing of their options.

First time there and the last.. burgers were overly priced for tasting like burger king. A kitchen staff member walked out of the kitchen and was holding someone's dog in the dining room and petting the dog then walked back into the kitchen. Dogs should not be allowed in the restaurant. That's gross. My co worker was also waiting for his food for longer than people that came in after him even though he ordered at the same time as us. Unfortunately, I wont be back.

Always quality, accompanied by friendly Staff. What a winning combination! The Gentleman at the front counter was enthusiastic & genuinely nice. Always make the whole experience that much better, when the staff is happy. Broccoli salad, and a Loop burger, like no other. Thanks for making our night!
Salad was great, but the pinsa left a lot to be desired. Definitely wasn't like the images I'd seen online.

Waited 25 minutes with literally an empty building of customers. They then came out and said the person making out pizza didn't see the note or no cheese and no dairy on one of our pizza (lactose allergy). We then waited 20 more minutes they give us both pizzas. The Farmers Market fresh and hot, my Greek pizza literally cold because we had to wait another 20 minutes. I can't even thank goodness this was a gift card meal because I will never come back.
