Wow... such a shame. The worst experience I have ever seen. They were invited for a community Easter event. The organizers of the event came to an agreement to pay the truck $500 for 2 hours of unlimited small ice's, or small ice cream bars. About 1 hour into the event the employee (not his fault, he was not at fault), was told by the owners that they had given enough away and decided to stop serving treats. There were about 60 kids still in line that started crying. We had text proof we showed the driver. He tried to show the owner the text proof, but the owner didn't care. No offer for a discounted rate to make the last kids happy, nothing. Please be warned about the shady business practices and uncaring owners.

The truck came by my work and I decided to check it out, expecting not to get anything because ice cream can hurt my stomach and I'm not the biggest fan of shaved ice. I saw the sorbet and I was sold, I can't remember if I got strawberry and raspberry sorbet or if it was just one of those flavors. It came in a cold orange peel which was both cute and kept the sorbet cold. The sorbet was delicious and the texture of it was perfect, it was never melty but also wasn't hard at all so the spoon picked it up perfectly. It came with a strawberry and a raspberry on top that tasted and looked fresh. I would love to run into this truck again and get another treat!

I was at Bartram springs food truck and I wanted the small shaved ice. Intention to get the blue raspberry (very popular flavor). When I already paid and tried to get some there wasn't any in there. So I asked the guy and he proceeded to say "oh we don't have any". Ok, so at that point I wanted my money back as I didn't want any other flavor. Well there was no sign on there that it was empty and none. He said "well choose another flavor". I didn't want that. Poor customer service and will not return. I wouldn't of gotten any if I knew there wasn't any blue raspberry to begin with.

Tried their fruit sorbet and it was delicious. They have other options as well but soFar that one is my favorite. We’ve caught them twice at Hanna Park. The kids enjoyed their shaved ice while playing on the play ground and splash park. There were 5 of us so we easily spent $30 in total for everyone.Kid-friendliness: They get to pick and add their own syrup to the shaved ice.

We had Tikiz out for open house and everyone loved it.

Service was quick and friendly, but the gumball at the bottom of my shaved ice was stale. My SO's was the same. The idea of putting the flavor on the ice yourself is fun, but the result, for me, even after getting advice on amount of syrup to add, was a cup of slightly icy syrup.
