I am not one to leave reviews as I understand people have bad days.. however.. the server was rude! She had a not so nice attitude. Not once could even give a smile. She seemed at least a little better to the people next to us but not by much. I am a server myself and her attitude rubbed me very badly. We never asked her for a thing! Got 2 apps. Never asked for anything not even refills. And unfortunately we still tipped well because I’m just not that person. Disappointed, as it was a blast and the food was great

Great place to hang out with a group of friends. We had so much fun. The service was amazing! We had an awesome waiter. The food came out FAST and it was pretty good. Got the grilled chicken sandwich, tater tots, and wings. Reasonable prices and clean facility.

Went last Tuesday for their Half-Off Play special. Great atmosphere as it was busy but very comfortable. Nice mixed crowd of families and young professionals.Stellar service all around from the front desk to the bay hosts (servers).All of the equipment was clean and in very good condition.Kid-friendliness: Incredibly kid friendly. Tons of families there as it was spring break.

Overrated and way over priced..!Not kid friendly with the amenities or the menu.If you have small kids this is not the place for them.!!!And not to mention the service was basically nonexistent when it came for help with kids golf clubs.The food was basic and cold .For the price for a family of 4 you are better off going to SeaWorld..!!But this is my opinion on my first time going to a place I've heard so much about needed my own opinion and sometimes that's the only way.Kid-friendliness: Kids 10 and under I do not recommend this place for they don't accommodate them in anyway

The service was the worst that we have experienced in a long time, anywhere…not just at Top Golf. We got to our bay and ordered drinks (2 kids sprites, 1 coke and 1 water…no alcoholic beverages!); one of the 4 was brought to us (a kids drink). We gave the server a few minutes and had to flag her down as she walked by to remind her of the other drinks. In total, we waited about 20 minutes for drinks. By the time the missing 3 drinks came, the original kids drink needed a refill, which we didn’t get. When the drinks came, we ordered chips & queso and cheese fries. We waited 45 minutes and never got the food. We decided to cancel the order as we only had 30 minutes left of play. The entire time the server never came to proactively check on us or notice that the food hadn’t come; we would have to catch her as she walked by. We flagged her down and asked to cancel the food. She went to the kitchen and came back and asked us what we ordered. We knew at that point that the kitchen never received the order but her reasoning for us not getting the food was because we asked for jalapeños to be on the side, which obviously made no sense. During this conversation she noticed that we needed refills and said she would bring them. Another 20 minutes goes by and as she bring us the check & refills. We went to Top Golf with the intention of ordering appetizers and lunch during our 90 minutes of play, and never had the opportunity to do so. Her other bays who ordered after us, received their meals quickly. We left with time remaining in the bay so that we could go get lunch elsewhere. It was the first time for our kids and was an overall very poor experience.
