Best smoothie I’ve had in a while. Great customer service as well! An employee named Leann made my smoothie & was super sweet & helpful with add-in recommendations. She even made sure I left with napkins when I decided to take my smoothie to go at the last minute and I’m glad she offered me some because halfway home I got rear ended on the highway & my smoothie flew and smacked against my windshield. I will definitely be returning but will most likely finish my smoothie there next time & maybe even try one of the wraps she recommended.

overall terrible experience. not sure why you can’t tell by the terrible reviews but the girl basically running the place (wouldn’t give me her name) i think it’s Leann i tried to see it and remember as i could, you could just tell she didn’t wanna be there she was all on her phone. wasn’t being sanitary while touching the fruits etc. then she made me the wrong smoothie and got upset at me that i wanted her to fix it. very watered down the second time so i just took it and left. this tropical smoothie used to be great a couple months ago but it’s really gone downhill. i hope they get new management soon.

Please excuse some of these false reviews. They are coming from previous employees & their friends. These previous employees were terminated & cannot move on.Leann is a fantastic employee that does her job & never causes any problems. She’s pleasant to the guests & the staff.

If I could I would leave a ZERO STAR review! ? This lady named lean that works there was being so rude to all the customers, she looked like she was on drugs, she looked so high and has NO PATIENCE! She just so disgusting and disrespectful. This employee needs to be fired immediately!!!! ???
I use to love tropical smoothie it’s not the same, the food the service the cleanliness of the store, it’s all just gone downhill. I’m not sure if there’s a plumbing issue or what but this place smells!! Like a rotten mildew smell, i could never order any food from here. Last time I was in I ordered a smoothie and the lady behind the counter had the worse attitude, I believe her name was Leann, she was acting so miserable because she had to do her job. The whole time I was there she was just talking bad about other employees, being extremely unprofessional. When I got my smooth it was very much watered down, seems like she’s more worried about other people instead of doing her job. I won’t be returning

This place has went completely down hill since certain people left , the service the “managers “ the food looks old everytime I order something it’s all together terrible .
