Placed an order for pickup and when arriving there were 3 cats in the parking lot so it was already looking great. Went inside and wasn’t sure where to pick up the order but a kind young woman with long curly hair assisted me. Food was great!

I ordered the seasonal harvest salad. It was half the size it usually is. There were maybe 4 pomegranate seeds and the mulberry’s, if that was what it was were burnt. There also maybe 2 cannelloni beans. A sad salad for sure.

This vegan burger ? was by far the best i've had in Jax! (Far better than Epik) As soon as we walked in we were greeted with the vibrant hostess Ava who attended to my family, with warm smiles and playful banter with the kids that made the place feel homey. And thanks to Ari for her knowledge on the menu, she helped me pinpoint my perfect dinner. Quick service from Ari and stellar conversation with Ava. The restaurant was nostalgic and warming thanks to the lighting!! Will definitely be recommending this place ?
Disappointed. Don't have one at home but ate twice at TF in Arizona and loved it. Stopped in for lunch on Sunday 12:45-ish. (Party of 2) Was told 15-20min wait. So we waited. Meanwhile the customer next to us got his take out messed up twice and he was clearly frustrated.30min later I count tables and 11 are empty. Asked about it and was told "Part of the problem is the kitchen is backed up so I can seat you now but the food is going to take a little longer"It all spelled doom for the experience and they're in a cluster of similar restaurants in an outdoor mall. We left.
This place was highly recommended by a friend of mine. So we went there for lunch. Everyone recommend the Korean bawl so we ordered it. It was nothing to brag about. My friend ordered the burger and he liked it. Place looks nice, Service was good, food was OK. Prices are on the higher end. Nothing looked worth taking a picture. Judge for yourself.
