This is by far the best store in Jacksonville. My drink was so good. I almost died drinking it because I was in heaven whoever made it deserves a raise excellent work 10 out of 10.And the Korean corn dog . Bon African feet ! It was amazing

staff needs to learn reading comprehension. my order was completely wrong in several different way. extremely disappointed with this specific location as i have had good experiences at another one. if you do go just make sure your order is correct because staff can't seem to follow basic instructions on a screen.

The drinks are easily a 10/10. There’s a huge amount of options available for drinks and be prepared to come back at least twice in a day so you can try different options.I also ordered the spicy popcorn chicken and the wings and fries combo. Neither of them were great. I wouldn’t order either again. The wings barely had sauce on them, it didn’t seem like they were tossed in the sauce at all, just dropped in the Togo container and the sauce hastily added.I don’t see myself trying the food again but I’ll definitely be back and try out some more of their drink options.
Little pricey for such a small drink. I got the yogurt strawberry, with oatmilk and mango boba. I also don't believe in tipping before the job is done. This should not be a standard in the industry now. You get a tip when you do an exceptional job.

I have been getting tease from this company for almost 2 years and I’ve never had a problem ordering my drink how I like it. Until today! The river city location does not listen like the other locations. I only go to this company and no other. I asked for my drink to have light ice and they filled up my cup with ice before they finished my drink. I told him that I wanted light ice and she tells me that it is light ice, but the cup is full of it! I also asked for extra jam in my drink like I always do and they tell me they can’t do that when all other locations do it. If you want better service, try other locations. I’d rather drive extra than come back to this place. This is the closest location to me since I live in Georgia but I will take the hour drive just to go to the beach Boulevard where they know how to treat people. Plus, I could tell they were talking in a low voice about what I was saying while making my drink.
This place is amazing and such a huge variety menu !!! I get something new every time and the service is fast . Keep up the great job team !
