The food is decent, however you’d expect since it is so expensive and on top that mandatory for the first year students living in the dorm that the LEAST of the standards is that the cafe is sanitary. FLIES ARE EVERYWHERE AND EVEN ON THE FOOD!! It’s so concerning, the amount of dead flies I've seen on the buffet counter! Like they don’t even try to hide it smh! I’ve stopped going because of the infestation.

Well it was cheep at least didn’t have as many vegan options as i thought and was just ok on the food. If you’re very hungry and don’t have much money it’s not bad. Has a really odd vibe though like no one wants to be there. And everyone looks super depressed. Staff and customers alike. Over all just felt really sad. And the music from the early 2000s wasn’t helping much.

The taste of the dining hall food at UNF is something I can't complain about. Quite above average for most of the items here.

Sit down and allow me to tell you a little story of how i had the most delectable pizza of my life. It was just a normal day until I went to the dining hall at UNF. When I left that glorious building, I knew my life was changed for the better. This was the most juicy and warm slice of pizza I had ever put to my mouth. It was beautifully cut and it glistened in the fluorescent lighting of the dining hall. I couldn't just have one, I needed more. I grabbed another slice as quickly as I could and made sure to add a hint of basil which complimented the pie wonderfully. I cant ever forget about this pizza. It motivates me to keep going every day just hoping that ill be in its presence in the future. If anyone says that this place was underwhelming or that the sell dog food, they're lying. Don't listen to them.

Everything tastes like dog food or is not cooked all the way. Students deserve better!

The UNF Osprey Cafe is set up "all you can eat" style with self-serve stations. If you're a student using a meal plan, the cafe is the best bank for your buck. Just make sure you know the meal hours and where they put out foodVegetarian options: There is a vegan section separate from the general food, as well as a large variety of vegetarian options that are listed.

Pretty good food for a university cafeteria. Good selection of fresh, hot foods, vegetarian options, and decent desserts. All at a pretty inexpensive price.

The food is pretty good, but if you go after 3 pm they don’t have a lot of options.

Decent food at a good price with everyone being warm and helpful. Can’t fault it for student eating.

Admittedly, you can get a pretty good value out of the cafe if you choose to. However, most of the time, relying on it for all your meals as a student (which is what UNF expects you to do for the most part with a meal plan) is not sustainable. The food was not always of a high quality, and their online menus were usually not accurate. You have to visit at key times of the day to get anything beyond the basics. Furthermore, their breakfast is usually pretty bad.

First time ever going here and the food was pretty good. I went pretty late so it wasn't full either. Will go again, it's also pretty cheap.
