yiiiikes- the women with the shoulder length light brown hair who wears a bandanna had the worst costumer service. She was rude, and acting like we were bothering her to be here- rushing us like they were busy even though we were the only ones there. Cinnamon rolls had NO flavor at all. Only good thing we ordered was the smoothies. Not coming back.

NOT visitor-friendly. They are obviously used to their corporate regulars who know what they want when they walk in. But if you need a minute, the girl in the bandana is pushy and rude, even if you're the only one in line. If you're visiting JAX, find another spot for your coffee & breakfast.

Went in for two coffees at 1:45 pm on Saturday. Two women working. Not friendly and you could sense that at 2:30 they wanted us out. Thanked them several times for various things and never once received a reply, a smile or even eye contact. Will go out of my way to avoid this place until they train employees in customer service. Thought it might have been the fact that we didn't leave them a 25% tip, but they were like this with everyone else. Coffee was good, but not a good value.
Cute little coffee shop downtown. Great coffee & and outside seating area on the back side of the shop. It's quiet & very peaceful. I tried the cranberry orange muffin, chocolate chip cookie, hot caramel latte, and an oreo frappe. All were delicious & decent price. Would highly recommend this spot to sit & chat with friends outside. The establishment itself is a little small, so no seating inside. Parking is parallel parking downtown, not sure if there is a parking lot nearby, but still worth popping in to try this place out!

Great latte and the atmosphere is very inviting. Next door is a nice place to work if you're looking for a place to post up and get some stuff done with some good coffee/pastry options.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, welcoming with a crisp aroma of flora and coffee. Beautiful sunlight lights up the atrium where you can relax and sip on the BEST frappes in Downtown. Friendly staff, great snacks. Oh did I mention complimentary Wi-Fi and such a peaceful setting perfect for catching up on work. A true gem of downtown.

Well, I’ve enjoyed my experiences here as I visit Jacksonville….. until today. The little girl at register was talking so fast, asking questions so fast, that I was having a hard time keeping up. This turned pushy pretty quick. Then OBVIOUSLY is talking about my lack of intelligence to the person preparing my food. Lost a customer Urban Grind. Take some classes on Customer Service.

I love Urban Grind and have probably gone there at least 100x in the last few years. The employees are incredibly kind and genuinely care about their customers. (shout out to Michelle and Kayla because they are the real MVPs of Urban Grind) they strive to know every repeat customer's order and make everyone feel like family! definitely grab a drink from them!
