Brooooooo, if you're a new Yorker looking for some good Pho, this is it. Don't go anywhere else. Clean place, you can see the chef cooking the whole time, Proper Pho!!!!

This was my second time coming to this restaurant. I really enjoyed the Pho. It is just something about it, myself and the wife think its the best Pho we ever had.

The pho was just what I needed for a late night warm nutritious and delicious meal. The staff were friendly and helpful and the interior is modern and neat. I like the open design. Highly recommended!

Tried to eat here but gave up on self service electronic ordering but could not enter unless you added a tip - for SELF SERVE!Poor selection. No help for anyone. No customers. Place was dead. We walked out.The good reviews must be for take out - not really dine

The broth is way too sweet with a heavy cinnamon note. They don’t use the traditional herb of thai basil. And the meat was inconsistent, some tender, some tough, some tasted fresh, some tasted rotten. Their frozen lemonade drink and fries saved the day for me.

Yeah, thought I'd give this a try and seriously regret it. This is not authentic at all and it honestly tastes like garbage. I got the vegetarian pho and all the veggies in this are old and freezer burned. The broth is overly sweet and it's like I'm spooning sugar into my mouth. This dish is meant to be savory and have notes of clove, anise, cinnamon, but tastes like sugar water. I also got the tofu fried rice and wow. Like how do the chefs still have jobs? How is this place still in business? It kinda blows my mind. There were 3 pieces of tofu. No veggies besides onion and green onion. Like what a variety! ? And the spring rolls tasted like they were made three days prior to me actually getting them, peanut sauce wasn't made right either. Save your time, stomach, and wallet and don't come here!Edit to owner: Wasn't planning on coming back! Being able to take criticism is part of the restaurant industry and clearly you can't! I attempted calling the store three times and got no answer before leaving a review! It's 2024 of course I'm taking it to the Internet and letting others know not to come here so they can have a better experience. Calling me names won't make your food taste good, instead of replying with lame comments on how you think I am as a person, go open a book and learn more about what food you serve. Claiming this is pho is like saying an uncooked potato is a pizza. Do better

Basic Vietnamese place, order food and pay at counter. The Pho was not authentic but was good enough if you are not a regular Pho person. Not much else to say.

First there are touchscreen iPads where you can place your order. Second the crab Rangoon is the best I've had. I love the thin, but crispy shell. The grilled pork in the vermicelli bowl was super good as well. But our only complaint is that the noodles in both our meals were a little undercooked, making the noodles a little more hard and tough to bite into.

My first visit. I didn't like that it took me approximately 30 minutes to receive a to go order of K's platter and pork vermicelli bowl. With that being said, food was delicious, staff was friendly, portions were plenty, price was a little on the higher side, but I felt like the amount of food is probably why. Not sure if I'll be back.

Ordered them off of Uber eats, they were really quick to make the food which was nice because it meant a quicker delivery.Flavors are really good but the portions are very off. We got two vermicelli bowls (the trio and the egg roll one), two pho’s (one chicken and one meatball), and two spring rolls (one shrimp and pork and the grilled pork). The shrimp and pork spring roll was good but the shrimp seemed to be the frozen peeled ons. The pork was good but very little meat. My kids liked the chicken pho and seems to be a good amount of chicken. My meatball pho had too much noodles in it and like 4 pieces of meatballs. They fill the container of broth a little halfway, which was not enough for how much noodles was in the bowl. The noodles soaked up the broth they gave. I was really disappointed in that. The vermicelli bowls were really disappointing to us. So much noddles and not enough toppings to compensate and the sauce they gave with it was not enough at all. It was in the tiniest suave container I’ve seen for a nuc mam sauce. Overall I give it a 3 stars, the flavor was there but portions are really, really off and the price is kinda pricey. I don’t know if I would go back, for the price there we could get a better, portioned meal at pho today or bowl of pho. We threw half of the food away (mainly noodles) which kinda upset us since we don’t like wasting money like that. And I see in the other reviews that the owner is very defensive so let me say that for spending $15.60 on a bowl of pho I do expect more toppings. At Pho today you can get xl bowl of meatball pho for $15.95 with a lot more protein and veggies. Not just 95% of being noodles. As for the vermicelli bowls, I could get the same trio bowl at pho today for for $15.95 and still get a portioned bowl.
