I'm here at the Jacksonville VALE foods off of Riverside when I tell you it's the worst customer service I've been here 20 minutes three employees have asked about this order and I'm still waiting. Y'all might not want to try this place and the restaurants empty wow.

Love the food here and now love it even more thanks to the manager Brittany! I had an order for pick up that my husband picked up and didn’t check the order before leaving. Well he gets home and I’m missing half my order and one item I did receive was completely not what I ordered. I called and talked to Brittany the manager she said I can come pick up the correct order. Well I told her I didn’t live close by and she offered to drop it off to me when she got off work. I told her that was not necessary and it was so sweet of her considering she said she lives in Orange park and I on the Northside. I was able to come by to pick it up and again and got my entire order replaced plus upsized. Thanks Brittany

Vale is awesome. I enjoy the ambiance and delicious food. The staff is pleasant and Madison is extremely helpful and professional.The vegan protein almond butter brownies are AMAZING!!!Madison was awesome! She is professional, polite, and so helpful.
