Terrible experience. Walked into the place and was not greeted. Went to the restroom and when we came out we stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while the employees walked past us several times. No one ever asked if we would like to place an order. We ultimately ended up walking out and going to McDonald’s.
Wouldn't recommend orderd food last night from this Wendy's dump and told us when we already paid and told us they closed early never got my items business like this needs to be obliterated

We had a free burger on 1/16/24. This offer was from T-Mobile. When we all went to the store and they scanned our codes for the free item, it did not work. Three phones were tried, and no codes that were scanned worked. This is the third offer from Tmobile that did not work. This is the store on Address: 9510 Applecross Rd, Jacksonville. FL. 32244 The counter lady asked to pay for our order, we said cancel. If you cannot give us the free burger we will take our business elsewhere....read full review
