Terrible! Absolutely awful! I placed an order on line through DoorDash. It said food would be ready in 20 minutes, we picked up the food in 20 minutes. It was sitting on a shelf with no heat lamp and was ice cold! The fries were so cold they were hard and shrunken in! The lettuce and tomato on the burgers were wilted! How long ago did this food actually get prepared? I paid over $30 for the meal for two and I’m furious!!!!! I feel completely ripped off!!! What happened to Wendy’s being the best???

KIDS MEAL was missing the SANDWICH!Ordered nuggets for me and a kids meal for my toddler because I just needed an easy dinner. My newborn was crying in the car as well. The drive through associate said "it's all in there, have a good day" and I trusted it and drove home. Unfortunately, it wasn't "all in there" and the KIDS MEAL was missing the SANDWICH!What in the world is going on where they forget the main entree in a kids meal?? My toddler was upset and it was a whole fiasco.

Cobb salad the eggs smell rotten, tomatoes whole pieces. I had to put it in the trash. How disappointed! First time I had to complaint about a Wendys location.The store inside is a mess, from the door to the kitchen. The employees not wearing uniforms.

Around 1:00 pm entered Wendy's restaurant to pick up lunch, two simple Hamburger meals. (I was the second in line and behind me one other person) While I was waiting for my order people were coming inside the restaurant and saying they received the wrong order. After 30 minutes waiting for my meal, I told the Wendy's employee, that I wanted to leave and cancel my order and please return my money - $18.26, Ticket# 1010 It was unacceptable to make me wait 30 minutes for a hamburger. The Wendy's employee said he is not going to refund my money and I have to wait. I had to wait another 10 Minutes. Your employees took away my rights and forced me to wait longer.I would advise you to look into this particular store, seeing the confusion that goes on -(for example unwrapping every hamburger that was prepared by the cook / what a treat for the food inspector) it is almost heartbreaking and disgusting. My food that they finally gave me landed in the trash.

Extremely miss managed. The manager on duty just standing around starting instead of jumping in to help, seemed as if she had zero clue what was going on. Lobby was a mess, drink station covered in trash and soda spills.

Only one in drive through and waited 16 mins after I was told to pull forward and wait for my food. They brought it out and the nuggets were cold like they had been sitting there. And the guy never brought me my drink out with my order which proceeded to wait another 10 mins just for the drink. Save your time and go to Dairy Queen across the street.

Absolutely the worst crew in customer service. They have gone downhill fast. They are so obnoxious, rude, pushy and just don't café and act like they are angry that they have a job. I will not go back, and I sugg3st others to find another fast food spot to go spend your hard earned money.
