The quality of food and service is poor. Good thing I checked order before I drove off as item was missing . Fries barely warm and limp. Hamburger meat dry and flavorless. Chicken wrap chicken was cool and flavorless. Wrap was bland. Disappointing .

Recently visited this location today after picking my niece up from school, stopped here to just grab something quick, had to wait 20 minutes just to get to the speaker and it was only 2 vehicles ahead of me, once I approached the drive thru speaker the lady who took my order came on the speaker very low and it was hard to hear anything she was saying it seemed as if she may have had a attitude or just didn’t want to be at work, as I was placing my order and added something new the lady would rush after every sentence and say “anything else” before I could even get anything else out! so once I drove to the window the lady gave me my total, I asked her to kindly repeat my order because that sounded way too much for some nuggets, fries and a drink, come to find out she had rung me up for extra items that I hadn’t even asked for, so now I’m irritated and as I’m waiting on my food another girl who’s not even working the window comes over and say “what’s the problem ?” and also mention something about “a attitude” but she was talking indirectly to the lady who was working the window but I could over hear them talking so I ignore it, shortly after my food was handed to me I drove off but before leaving the premises I checked my order, order was still wrong and I took a sip of my drink and it felt las if one of them spit in my drink so I turn around and went inside, there was nobody working the front counter but luckily a guy who was working in the back (it look like he may have been a cook) came to assist me, he corrected my order for me, was very patient and polite and as he was doing so the lady who was working the window stopped what she was doing to go ask the gentleman who was correcting my order “what she said was wrong with it?” but you saw me standing at the front counter when I first came in, ignored me and now want to ask somebody else what’s wrong with my order when you could’ve just rung it up correctly the first time ? I would highly not recommend this establishment! this was my first time visiting the location and it was horrible, the food tasted old, the fries wasn’t fresh and I didn’t even bother to finish my drink, the employees have very nasty attitudes and it gives very ghetto! I normally visit the wendys in argyle, was just there the other day and got the same exact order I had today and wasn’t overcharged and the quality of the food was phenomenal.

I ordered spicy nuggets, a spicy chicken sandwich, and a bacanator and they came out with a regular burger, chicken nuggets, and sandwich. The service here is terrible and this isn't the only time it happened

I was here picking up an order, waiting for them to correct it. 140p I saw the manager on the line finish a sandwich, grab a bowl of chili from the make line, TAKE A BITE, put it back on make line and start making a new sandwich. I should have snapped a pic, but I definitely wasn't expecting this. One of the worst violations. Pretty sad in order to keep a decent running eatery, an inspector has to be present 24/7. Who knows what she does where you can't see her. Anywho. Enjoy your second handed food here.

Came for a burger at 10:40. Breakfast menu was still up so okay, I guess I'll get breakfast. #5 wasn't what I thought it was , because I don't have Wendy's entire menu memorized and I was looking at a breakfast menu. So I said "oh sorry, I thought it was breakfast I don't know what y'all's lunch menu is" the person on the speaker got an IMMEDIATE attitude, "wE gOT ChIcKEn oR bEeF" okay yes I do know that. I was GOING to pull off and look at the online menu for a minute. But they kept asking "u WanT ChIcKeN oR bEEf!?!" Like dude??? Calm DOWN you don't have to yell at ME over meat. I'm really curious as to what I would've gotten in I just ordered "beef." Yes, hi, I'd like one beef please. To go.

Ordered my food fries were stale!! Then I attempted to take a bite out of my spicy nuggets and they were hard as a rock and tasted like really old grease like I spit it out and almost blew chunks everywhere! Don't eat at this Wendy's. The kids working the drive thru were cool though!

That's Disgusting

Update...Huge mistake thinking a year later this place might have changed for the better.Still very dirty, they can't get an order correct to save their life.Trying to fix a sandwich you just made wrong by running your fingers across the burger removing toppings that weren't ordered, that's nasty.You ask for and pay for extra tomatoes and the attached photo shows what I got.I believe if this crew would stop smoking weed things weighs be different. They must be high to operate this poorly.Unbelievable. ZERO common sense.WHAT A TURN OFF, I WALKED IN AND RIGHT BACK OUT.FOOD ALL OVER THE FLOOR BEHIND THE COUNTER, FLIES LANDING EVERY WHERE AND DUDE COOKING FOOD HAS A 70S AFRO BIGGER THAN A CLOWNS WIG WITH NO HAIR NET. AM I TO THINK NONE OF HIS HAIR IS FALLING INTO ANY FOOD?
