Wendys has gone down hill for a long time and now its rock bottom. This will be my last wendys trip. Food was expensive, $11 for a single, fries and coke. Food took a long time and was still cold. Bun was stale. While i ate this terrible food the manager started screaming, no exaggeration, screaming at an employee. I am not one to complain or write reviews, but today what I experienced with this Wendy’s was so upsetting that it has lead me to do this. On top of that, I’ll be calling in the morning to talk to another manager. I know people have their days and we’re all humans but to find out by an employee when I asked for information that this behavior of that particular person is a normal behavior, I was like oh no!!
