I went to get my order remade after Mgr said to come in I came in to have order remade and Mgr Dominic Jones said she was not remaking and knows nothing about it she was rude and unprofessional and after I told her she was still not willing I had to come back to get them made gave another chance went back in and Mgr Dominic called the general Mgr Sam and she said I gotta come back after 3 on Tuesday keep in mind I live 35 minutes away and all this over a sandwich I never even recieved after I'm compensated for my time and my order remade I will never eat Wendy's again and stop other people from getting taken advantage of

Went into this Wendy's after a long day at work, just wanted a quick burger. I was the only one in there. Nobody ever came to the cash register. Workers were on the phone. There were no manager there. Finally after 25 minutes someone Finally told me they didn't have the code to the register. Sad place.

Service is terrible. Attempted to order queso fries. They said they didn't have. Attempted to order a frosty. Also didn't have. Attempted to order a salad. Also a no. Finally settled on chicken nuggets. Get to the window. The lady at the window said not one word. Took the card. Gave it back. Handed the food. I SAID THANK YOU. she slammed the window. ?

Absolute garbage. Can’t tell you how many times THIS year I’ve stopped on my way home and they’ve either been closed (as early as 7pm) or they were only accepting cash or card. Don’t waste your time, drive down the next exit to 103rd and they got you.
