Mgr was eating food behind counter and making food while eating a salad when asked for my food she said i had to wait and I said ok but it's been 25 minutes and do you know how much longer and she said I had to wait I asked her name and she refused I will not be back

Would not let me and the kids order inside, had to go thru the drive thru. And then bring our food in. Kids wanted to go to the bathroom there’s a combination lock on the doors. I guess someone is stealing the toilet paper.Manager’s attitude is awful. Haven’t ate at Wendy’s in years. Now I remember why.

Whoever owns this place needs a whole new staff who realizes that serving and bringing in customers are what pays their salaries. Twice in 3 days we TRIED to get waited on and both times totally ignored. Too concerned with drive through to wait on inside customers. We have been to this place for the LAST time!
No one cares about food they are saying. Bread was hard as a rock drinks where flat. Owner needs to fire manger. And crew I just spent $22 for food that we can't eat nor do we want to drive all way back health department needs to close this

They need to get the young lady out the drive thru that takes money , she was on a phone call on speaker just LOUD AND VERY GHETTO barely paid attention to us while taking my card no have a good night NOTHING just worried about her phone call! Very rude and not a good look at all but the food was fresh I can say that.
