First time going here! Food was good! Very hot and fresh! Menu is a little confusing but the employees were very helpful and also very courteous. Definitely would go back! The chicken strips and gravy was amazing!!! The spicy ketchup was awesome!!!

I work at the hospital close by, arriving around 6:42p. I followed all of the curbside p/u instructions. 5 minutes have gone by and no one has brought my food out.I go into the store. There were no customers at the counters, no staff at the counter either. A young man comes over asking if I was placing an order. I explained the situation to him. He retrieves my order, passes it to 2 other crew member and I finally get my food. I asked for their names so they can be celebrities in my review and it seem not a one of them knew each others name, nor their own. It's obvious they were in need of a professional adult supervisor. Poor customer service is the best description I have for this location.

Burgers and spicy chicken sandwich were good and service was quick. They bring out a tray of condiments for you to choose from when delivering your food which is a nice touch.

First time at an whataburger and both my wife and I agree top 5 worst fast food experiences we’ve had. Ordered whataburger combo, whataburger jalapeño combo, and 2 kids meals. Order had multiple problems - missing a sandwich entirely, kids cheeseburger with only ketchup had no cheese as well as lettuce, tomato, onion and mustard, and kids meal missing cookie side. Aside from the ordering problems, it took 25 minutes to get the food. Last the hamburger quality was sub par at best. Did not taste fresh, was luke warm, and was bland. Jalapeño burger had almost no jalapeños on it. Fries were decent.I’d expected a lot more from what I had heard about whataburger and other reviews for this specific location. Leave it to say we will not be coming back to a Whataburger.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered two burgers no onions and fries. Guy on the mic was talking to someone inside and kept missing my simple order. Then laughing and saying “what?” I get up to the window at 4:57pm. No one in line in front of me or behind me. No one inside the restaurant. About 8 workers behind the counter.I did NOT RECEIVE MY FOOD UNTIL 5:16. I waited 19 minutes at that window. At one point (5:07) a worker opened the window and said “oh snap, what did you order?” Then said “oh that’s being made now, fresh meat”.Your workers need some work at this location. Awful awful service. Should never take that long for FAST FOOD in a drive thru with NO ONE in it. Or at least give the customer the courtesy of letting them know you are behind. I would have left if my card hadn’t already been charged $30 for the food.
