Came here to get a late night meal after a long day and night of work. To start off my whole meal was cold and my burger wasn't fix right. I ordered a double and received a single. The only thing that was as it should be was the drink. The burger was fixed sloppy I asked for extra mayo not the whole jar on my sandwich. This was a deal breaker for me this Whataburger will not receive another dollar of mine.

They always forget something on my order. They don’t wipe the baked in the lobby. Worst of all I watched a kitchen worker touch the outside of a trash can in the frying dept and never changed or washed her gloves.

Order food, cost $31. Receive food and chose not to check my bag at the window which was stupid on my part, pulled for check the bag food was missing. The inside was busy so I drove back around because I didn't want to go inside that's why I went to the drive-thru, waited in line while my other food to got cold and wasn't offered to have any of it remade. 30 bucks not satisfied at all

Location in oakleaf great. The location on Normandy, sadly, not great results. 1st car in drive thru, ordered 2 Combos and an apple pie as recommended by h&R block staff. 26 minutes!! They did check on me 4 times, the 1st 15 minutes, to tell me they were waiting on the chicken sandwich. The 5th time they asked me to pull up and park, ugh. No way it takes a half an hour for 2 sandwiches. The chicken was extra thick and no flavor, don't recommend. It also came with hot tomatoes and lettuce, very wilted. The hamburger also came with tomatoes, both were no tomato order. By the time the chicken was ready the other food was cold. Apparently, it was ready and waiting all that time. The staff was friendly, the wait time was horrendous, and the order was not right. It was disappointing for sure.

It was about 11:30 & about 2 cars ahead of me. It took me 30 min. to get thru the line & get my 2 items. When I got home, ( about a 7 min. drive), my food was cold & tasteless. The strawberry shake was very good & I did comment to one of the servers that he had 'cartoon Mr. Gadget arms' as he carried a lot of drinks & items to the car next to mine.

Came tonight around 11pm on 4-5-24, got breakfast, first and foremost the line was absolutely long, got our food, the food was cold, the breakfast platter didn’t come with hash sticks, the hash sticks my man ordered were soggy and greasy.
Best onion rings and patty melt in town (especially considering it's a fast-food restaurant)!!! Always speedy and friendly service and open 24hrs- All-around LOVEEEE!!! ❤️❤️❤️

My husband and I went to this whataburger ordered our food at 10:11 we waited and waited then finally my husband got up to see what was going on cause people that came In behind us received their food and left then when he inquired about our food at 10:39 it was just sitting up there and had gotten cold this is sad and ridiculous and they never have to worry about me coming back

Closing crew was TERRIBLE. It took 20 minutes to get our food after being in the drive through and when we finally got to the window they gave us our food but not our drinks, 5 minutes later she looks at us threw the window like “why are they still here” and then she finally released we never got our drinks.
