Staff is always super friendly, the custard is great, and my order is always prepared quickly. They have a great variety of toppings and flavors of the day. Not to mention, there’s a UNF student discount.
Whits always has the best unique flavors. Delicious. Staff is 10/10 every time. Their dining environment is kid friendly and relaxing. This is one of our favorite locations in JAX but we have never had a bad experience at any of them.

Newer location - outstanding product.We tried the Whittie. Huge portion. Hard frozen. This month was red velvet - chocolate cookie and pieces of red velvet cake in the vanilla yogurt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Highly recommend Whit’s - at any location but this one is great/convenient.
