Ordered $18.27 Worth of food, only to be denied access to the restroom! I politely asked for a refund, and was given it. But only after being let known that they would definitely rather lose a customer then to allow them to wash their hands! I will never go to another Wingstop anywhere. Reverse racism seems to very common in Jacksonville FL these days!

These boneless wings are the nastiest wings I've ever had. Crunchy overloaded with salt. In the french fries were soaked with oil. I ate four wings out of 15 and through the rest away.

Came in at 11 said they dont take orders that late. Huh??? Yall close at midnight. Its a whole hour prior. Management needs to be made aware. I see why companies dont pay these people more they trash and are costing the business money bottom line!!!

This is always a hit or miss…. Mostly a miss…but this time was ridiculous… I ordered the 15wing meal for meant for 2….. both drinks were horrible because they needed to change the soda machine… if you ever had soda from the soda machine after the flavor part has ran out you know the taste im talking about…. I ignored that… then I open 1 of 2 ranch cups and the first one has a hair in it and i know it was not mine because I recently cut all of my hair off and it was to long and straight to be mine… then I opened the second ranch it seemed find then after eating most of in I noticed something very hard at the bottom and it was a piece of very hard plastic (pictures included) i was going to call but im almost certain much wouldn’t be done i am officially done ordering from this wingstop im pretty disgusted at how much stuff i found in my food… not to mention my wings were not cooked crispy as requested thats 35 dollars of MY money that i feel was wasted. The amount of things found in my food is ridiculous!!!!!!!!! SUPER UNSANITARY
