The wings were really good and still hot when I got home. The Habenaro Tenders were actually spicy, lol. My only complaint is the buffalo ranch fries, I paid extra and was expecting cheese, bacon buffalo and ranch but was disappointed when the only difference between regular fries and buffalo ranch fries is literally just adding buffalo and ranch and nothing else. Definitely don't charge extra just to add a squirt of ranch and buffalo, at least throw some bacon bits in or something.

If I could give zero stars I would! My wife and I placed a To-go order ( which wasn't even ready when we got there! It was cool at first but then a group of teenagers walked in and they refused them service, they were stating if you are not 18 you can't order FOOD! I understand that if kids are causing problems in your establishment come up with a responsible way to fix that problem ( like making them take it to go) well then after they walked out , a little boy polite as possible came in and ordered food and they refused him, his brother had already been there clearly under 18 and gotten food, a kind gentleman tried to vouch for him and they still wouldn't let him eat! This behavior is discrimination and quite disgusting! I'd roll back some cameras on 3/13 around nine p.m. ish if I were corporate! Wing stop taking food out of your child's mouth!

Workers were very rude. I was simply waiting for my food and they took forever to make it. One worker threatened to fight multiple times when I didn't even say or do anything to them. Manager was also very rude as well. I will not be coming back here ever again.

Service used to be good, the last 5 times we’ve gotten not fully cooked wings and no sauce even after asking for extra. Employees got no sense of urgency whatsoever specially when the store is busy, I’m currently waiting for my order giving this place one last chance and yet here I sit waiting for an hour now for my online order. One of the employees on southside locations is just sitting in the back on her phone while I see more than 15 costumers come and go. This goes for most of the stores, this company needs to get their costumer service together!!

Most first time ever visiting this place today and the entire staff was outside of the restaurant screaming and fighting. Literally the kitchen was empty and the restaurant was full of confused and upset customers. I waited over an hour for my food. Then the manager had the nerve to curse out an upset customer. Same on Wingstop. I will never step foot in this place again.
