My normal go to spot for Chinese food, but tonight’s order was subpar. The food came hot, but didn't taste fresh. General Tso chicken pieces and egg roll seemed recooked or something. Was very disappointed. ?

For a fair price you can enjoy a hearty meal with good seasoning and spice for those that like it "hot".
First off, the lunch is not $5.35 and they give you no drink! The cost is $8.05 for lunch. I saw an employee drop chopped up chicken on the floor and put it back into the bin to be cooked! Will not go here ever again!!
Customer service is not so great. Attitudes and don't know how to speak to customers.

We have been coming here a long time and always receive polite/professional service.The food is a different subject. It has changed dramatically, and the taste is hit or miss. Over the last 2years it’s been downhill for the taste of the food or better words no taste. It doesn’t matter. If you order any item, they all taste the same with no flavor. The meat on the entrées (chicken, beef, shrimp, pork) are nowhere to be found on the entrees..If you get a direct delivery from the store you now pay a new service charge. We always left a generous tip but now you revceive a service charge delivery fee, plus a tip which is expensive for a very short delivery. Very disappointing!! This use to be our go to spot for Chinese, but simply because extremely little to no meat portions on entrees, bland no flavor, and higher prices for what you’re getting it’s just not worth it. The customer service seems to be still polite/professional, but we use to go there, because the food had good portions, excellent flavor and was true traditional Chinese and even if price were higher in the past food was still very tasty so it was worth it, but things have gone downhill and changed. Very disappointing!
