I placed my order through the drive through. I ordered a grilled house salad, wings and things and a 4 finger plate meal with double fries. The lettuce on the salad was rubbery, the cucumbers were water logged and the portion of salad was very small.I had about 12 warm, grease filled fries on each plate, I asked for ketchup and was given 3 packets. I didn't know I had to request a fork, so didn't have a fork to eat my salad.I just wasted $39.96!

Their traditional wings are disgusting. They pre-fry them in order to serve them fast, but because of that, they are burnt tasting. They're chickens they use must come from a concentration camp because they are smaller than a rabbits foot.

Good service! And to my surprise, the french fries were not bad - undercooked/poorly cooked/"microwaved" cooked. The french fries were actually (fried) cooked and edible enough for me that I didn't have to discard them!Not to pick at this particular Zaxby's restaurant, but the french fries at most locations I've visited generally are undercooked/poorly cooked, not crispy at all, seemingly old, and lukewarm. Those poorly cooked fries can seemingly pass the taste test with likely a toddler, but most of us that are adults want "well-done, crispy" french fries when we bite into them.C'mon Zaxby's restaurants, there needs to be consistency with serving well-done, well cooked, crispy fries. It's a waste of people's money and a waste of food products, when fries are not cooked good and crispy like they are supposed to be.The orders are "made-to-order," so that is supposed to be understood by "all" customers. Let them wait...

I don't normally leave reviews, but I have to. I've eaten here on multiple occasions and ordered large order platters on 2 occasions for my business events and the staff is wonderful! They're hard-working, clean restaurant, and always on time or early with my platters. I wish more restaurants were like this, you guys are awesome; your management team and your staff!!

Since moving to Jacksonville this place is absolutely one of our favorites. The quality and the portion of the food is out standing. Prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Unpleasant, time wasting experience.Ordered through the drive thru, simple order with two items. Told to pull up to the line and food would be brought out. Waited 20 minutes as larger orders before and me are served.Finally, someone asked me what I had, only for them to bring out a bag with cold food and a missing item.I had to go inside to ask for my second item, followed by another 10 minute wait. Also, didn't get a single sauce after paying for an extra.Won't be coming back.
