One of the best Zaxby’s in JAX. Manager is very helpful and staff is very nice. They actually cook the wings crispy if you ask. Great location.

Heading home from working a double and stop here… immediately regretted it. My whole order was messed up noticed when i got home had to drive all the way back cause no one answers the phone and they looked at me like im crazy. These teenagers need fired. Waiting in line forever and made someone pull forward for a drink… when i got my full order EVERYTHING was cold. NEVER COMING BACK AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!! crazy how nights are ran by idiots here manager needs to be aware of the sales they are going to lose with these kids….

Waited at the drive thru for what seemed like an eternity. Got to the window, gave my order asked for zack sauce 2 times they gave me ranch, asked for sweet tea they gave me unsweetened. There was no one inside the restaurant it was dead. Like I dont wanna be at work with yall either I feel you but Im just hungry and tired just like you..Also why is there a white cheddar bite shortage in Jacksonville. All yall need to stop eating cheese including me

As I've given up on any type of quality service from the University Blvd. local, I tried the location closest to my place of employment. I attempted to order online, didn't work. The young lady handled my order. I barely had a minute to sit and wait for my order, which came out very quickly. No problems with my gluten free requests.However....when I started to delve into my food, I immediately noticed 2 things:1. The tomatoes were mushy, probably from being refrigerated. Refrigeration changes the texture of tomatoes, makes them mushy.2. The remainder of the salad was lukewarm.I suspect the team preps salads for the rush hour push. I did come across 1 to 3 pieces of wilted lettuce. Cucumbers leach water once sliced. Keeping them in the refrigerator would present much better than what I received. Fast service is great, but not at the expense of compromising the quality customers expect and my $.
I placed an order on the Zaxby’s app to the wrong location across town and Dominique informed me of this but then had her manager Miss B get involved and make sure I received my meal here without charging me. Talk about an amazing customer experience! Dominique is an asset!

If I could give this place negative starts I would, the drive through lady acted like she didn’t want to help us, I tried several times to explain that I just wanted a plain sandwich, after about 5 mins explaining that and also explaining that there are 2 different sandwiches on the menu and that I did not want the one she was referencing she stated that it would take 5 mins to cook it, which was fine, then I tried to order another meal, she stopped me and asked what drink I wanted on the second sandwich??so I explained again that I just want 1 plain sandwich and another different meal and got put on hold all of the sudden, at that point, out of frustration I just left, what a ridiculous experience. Terrible terrible service!

Ordered the 6 Chicken finger plate, buffalo style (tongue torch) with double fries (instead of slaw) and toast. Also ordered a funnel cake. Figured I'd try it since it was free using the app. Good thing because the funnel cake ended up being smaller than I thought it would be. I definitely wouldn't pay the normal $3.99 for it. My chicken finger plate and funnel cake were good. No complaints.Service was slow. Didn't get my order when promised but order was correct when received.Ambiance was very quiet. A little on the dirty side as far as the floors but I wasn't eating in anyway.
