To start off the service is excellent as always . Atmosphere excellent great food as always . There is one issue though with the survey they said they offer you a free desert or drink but don't do it it's a scam they are tricking you in getting that food. Very disappointing . I recently visited Zaxby's and had a fantastic experience! There was no wait in line, and the customer service was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, making me eager to return to the same location next time. The environment was quiet and peaceful, providing a perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing lunch. Just got a nibbler meal (the mini chicken sandwiches) not only did I not get the extra sauce that I requested and paid for, there is literally one measly little drop of sauce on each of my 3 mini sandwiches. Talk to your cook or line guy or whoever is adding sauce to the nibblers. Ruined my dinner thanks I’ll take my money to Huey Magoos next time

The traditional wings Wimpy style were great. Went on the recommendation of the cashier. Will get more next time and will try out the new egg rolls too! Staff was great and didn't have to wait long for my food.

It has been years since I have been to Zaxby's and they were just as good today as they were then.
I don’t know what changed (management, the cooks, products) but the last few times I’ve been here the wings have been cooked PERFECTLY not hard and chewy and they ACTUALLY make my wings extra saucy as requested, they started putting seasoning salt on the fries where you can actually see and taste it and it’s always fresh and hot! Now if y’all can bring back the coleslaw and celery we’d be friends forever but otherwise keep up the good work guys!?

Less than stellar. Employees don't seem to give a damn. Place isn't clean, bathrooms are gross. Don't care to listen to rap music while eating. Food was subpar. Fries were mushy, chicken was not what it use to be.

First visit via drive thru. Convenient location for a pregame meal while on the way to a comedy show in the area. Great customer service and fresh tasting chicken tender meal. Good price for the amount and quality of food purchased. Definitely will order again!
