Jessica (she claimed to be the manager...but had no customer service skills at all). She was extremely rude, dismissive and verbally abusive. She would not let us pay for our food before she made other customers' orders. There were 2 other workers also there. She would not let them take my payment either. The other customers in line commented on her rude behavior also. I will definitely not be coming back. She is NOT manager nor even employee material. She should be fired.
Waited for at least 5-10 minutes before the guy at the pizza station finished with his customers to tell a worker there was a customer. (Not his fault as he was doing his job) He barely greeted me. Ordered a sub and a salad.... there was more dressing than anything! The sub too. I asked for more lettuce too! It was literally a pinch more. The whole salad barely filled the bowl. My last experience here wasn't too good. They were out of everything. Very slow. Communication skills left a lot to be desired.But I'll tell ya, Luke just gave us a GREAT experience. Very attentive. Knowledgeable. Charismatic. Professional. Keep this kid. He's going places. We will definitely be back again.
