Tire service is the worst I've dealt with in my 50 years of driving! One person changing tires, filling propane tanks, answering the phone, imputing customers info and printing out the bill! That is after ordering tires online and on the phone which were canceled twice. Tires finally came in and waited another 5 days for a appointment, but the final price was not what I was quoted- UNBELIEVABLE!

I went for first timeBJ's this week it was interesting , I was willing to shop there , but their policy is if you ask for one day pass they would charge 20 % extra when you check out , I told the customer service this way they going to loose business if they charge extra

5 stars for BJS!!! Cleaner then sams, better quality products then sams, love that certain items you buy, you can get .10 off a gallon for each item and .10 off a gallon for having a bjs cc!!! saved $1.35 a gallon 2 weeks ago on gas at BJS!!! Cannot be without them!!! also, love the deli!!! and you can use manufacture coupons along with BJS coupons!!!

Do not, ever, buy something from BJs that requires out of state delivery. I bought an expensive TV as a gift for my son. It arrived two weeks late, after multiple missed delivery appointments, and it was completely shattered in transit. It's been three weeks since BJs said they'd process the return and have the delivery service pick up the broken TV. They've now missed 2 pickup appointments! I bought the TV on my BJs credit card. The bill is due next week, in full. BJs member care says yeah, sorry, but since the TV has not been returned we can't credit your card. The reason it has not been returned is BJs delivery service hasn't picked it up despite multiple appointments. My "member care" associate says she escalated this to her supervisor over a week ago, but can't get supervisor to respond. BJ's is not at ALL like Costco, Home Depot, or Best Buy. Do not confuse them with real stores or national businesses. They're for paper towels and cheap shorts. Things you can pick up and bring back Never big or expensive or complex. Update: 4 weeks in, still no credit!

I have had the best experience possible at BJ's! I purchased a TV from them in 2019 and bought the extended warranty. The TV developed an issue that I believe could not be fixed. I called the extended warranty company and quite frankly fell through the cracks. I sent a message to BJ voicing my displeasure and the front in manager called me an said they would make it right, snd they did! I simply cannot recommend them enough. JC was fantastic and they have an electronics person that actually knows the product, Robert was there to help! 100% top of the list for me!

I renewed my membership online. Turns out BJs never took the fee out of my checking account, so I was told my account was suspended. OK. No problem. I talked with customer service in person and offered to pay the fee then and there. After many consults with 18-year-olds who had no clue, the manager told them to start a new account for me. They couldn't manage that. I'm done after 20+ years of membership. I wrote to their headquarters with no response. Costco is my new store now.

Why is it that I get 3mpg less when I use BJ’s gas as opposed to Raceway across the street? I have a new F150 3.5 twin turbo ecoboost engine and I’ve tested this over 8 months? Also my lawn equipment doesn’t like the gas unless I put dry gas additives in them, which means there is a substantial amount of water in the gas or there is a larger than 10% amount of ethanol which has a lot of water in it inherently-

First of all... these crooks will renew your membership on their most expensive membership available. . . WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION ! They illegally Just put the $55 charge on your credit card . NEVER approved t his transaction. Where do they come off deciding I want to keep shopping at their store ? And charge my credit card ? Against the LAW ! Costco is being built close to my home and they are superior to BJ's. . any day. The help is just great to the customers. Shopped with them when I lived in Boca. Great store. As for the store in Jensen Beach.. I can't believe how horribly I was treated there ... Was mailed by BJ'S several 'offers to get a special rate for a card renewal' and took the card to BJ's. Went to the desk after waiting for a long time while the cashier took care of the people in front of me. Very slow ! The card was about 12" X 5". . .it said in large bold letters. REJOIN BJ'S for just $20 ! Held it up and the woman behind the counter asks me.. 'What do you want to do ' ? 'To Join, I tell her'. She tells me she needs my card. I say 'I don't have one'.. Her face melted. She started playing around on the computer and told me she could not give me a card as she needed the old expired card to pull up information.. (Inept ? Unqualified ? Plenty of question marks going through my mind now ????) She now needed my DRIVERS LICENSE . Fishing in my purse for it...I turned to my husband and asked him to check his card to see if was still current. This woman was just not able to do her job and I was getting tired of waiting and hearing her frustrations...You would think I brought her pain and suffering.. Another register scanned the card and he said it had one more year on it. Then asked for my license back and she ignored me and kept playing on the computer to put through the application..I grabbed my license and headed to the groceries to shop.. A couple of minutes later a woman with a pony tail came rushing all the way over in me in the bakery department and loudly says. . 'You have to PAY THAT WOMAN TWENTY DOLLARS' ! I had no idea what she was telling me. She said LOUDLY so the whole store heard her...'You owe her TWENTY DOLLARS for your card' ! Her DRAWER will not balance out and will be short $20. Give her the money. I answered this woman yelling at me that I asked her to stop many times.. She kept trying to put through the card. INCOMPETENT ! Not my fault if she couldn't perform a simple transaction. Putting my name in the computer would have produced her information to get a RENEWAL CARD.. .I WAS ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM ! NO need for my Drivers License. This IRATE woman with the pony tail ..a manager . .Debbie maybe? Then said how would you like it if it was you and you had to take $20 out of your wallet ? FREAKING UNBELIEVABLE ! WHERE ARE THE BRAINS OF PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR B.J'S ? I answered, 'she would not listen to me when I said 'never mind..just forget it'. 'I presented a large red card to that lady that BJ'S sent to me. . ..with the words RENEWAL. Not my problem. She then Mgr. Debbie shouted as she walked back to the register ...'I will cancel your HUSBAND'S card if you don't give her Twenty Dollars' ! Embarrassed that the whole store was watching ..like I DID SOMETHING WRONG !!! Humiliated and angry..I left the groceries in the cart and went to get my husband who was shopping for paper goods and we left.. HERE IS A STORE WITH MAYBE JUST 25 PEOPLE SHOPPING IN THE WHOLE STORE. DOWN THE STREET IS A 'SAM'S CLUB'. . their competition ! While their own employees chase out customers. Sam's was happy to see us and our $285 ! NEVER AGAIN TO ENTER THAT STORE..

This was my first time at BJs and first there was No lights in parking lot at 7:00pm. I was scared to park there. Thank goodness there was a few light on the building that was working. Then I go inside and I waited in line at customer service for 10 minutes, with out anyone even acknowledging me. Once I got waited on, Robert did try and help matters by giving me a coupon price for the membership fee. Just was not a good experience at all. Maybe running to short on staff for a Friday night.
