Honestly Lois was probably the rudest employee I’ve ever met. Im not even surprised that I read a few reviews with her name mentioned. The food wasn’t even good and honestly wish I would’ve just gotten a refund and went somewhere else. Get employees that are actually pleasant and nice to customers.

The manager was horrible, trying to explain my order was wrong and the girl was talking under her breath and cursing using the f word. I got my money back and left. I will never eat here again.

Went in today. Manager was extremely rude, hostile and aggressive. Did not want to change her gloves after touching different things. She refused to give money back, and her crew was on her side.( Bad sanitation)Tried to grab my phone away from me and didn’t want to give her name was. Do they ever get food safety training or customer service training!

Lois is very rude and nasty. No matter how good the food is people refuse to come back when your customer service is terrible. Whoever the DM is needs to make some immediate changes and offer her a coaching opportunity.

Very unprofessional. The worst customer service I ever received. Especially the woman who works there ( her name called Lois on the bill) has poor customer service skill. She doesn't even know how to treat customers in professional way. Very rude behaviour. Very unpleasant experience. Never go back again.
Visited the location in the Treasure Coast Mall. They did not have straws, they did not have packets of salt either. I got a strawberry lemonade with my meal. I asked how much it would be for a refill. First I was told $1.07.(without additional fruit) which is fine. The cashier took my cup, which was still about 1/4 full and filled it. Then another worker came over and told her that price was wrong. She rang up 4.00 and change, I said that was too expensive. Then $3.00 and change. I reminded her that she said it was $1.07. She said she forgot that price was for soda. I said that I wasn't going to pay that amount. They said they had already poured it. I did not get my lemonade back. Ridiculous customer service.

It was our first time trying them. The subs were good, same with the fries. The young lady was very nice. The only complaint is little substance to the sandwich for what they charge. We could get more meat and veggies at other sub places for less money. Not sure if we'll go back.

The food is ok when they have it .. always out of something . Never any adults (people over 25) usually rude ... go there tonight 725 they refuse to male food saying they are closed ... says ur open till 8 should be serving till 8

I had severe food poisoning after eating here. Not only stomach problems but vomiting as well. The service was horrible, being ignored when just trying to get an oder in is unacceptable, and when one of the girls rolled their eyes because i didn't grab my fries fast enough was so unnecessary. The entire staff just looked miserable, the vibe was so off. I will never be eating here again and i will make sure i tell everyone i know to do the same.
